Very spacious clean suite. Surprisingly comes with powder room. Bathroom with both shower and tub. Microwave and Nespresso. Added bonus they installed a filtered water sprout. I wish I had more time to enjoy those amenities. Location very convenient to Wan Chai station. Lastly, all my encounters with the staffs were met with efficiency with enthusiasm to make my travels easier. So nice of the staff and my appreciation. Must stay longer next time. Kudos to Trip.com for ease of booking and search this gem of a hotel through their app.

My stay at Regal Hong Kong Hotel was fantastic! 🏙️ Booking the executive room was a game changer, granting us access to the fabulous Executive Club Lounge, perfect for relaxing with tea or coffee during the day and savoring a selection of spirits, red, and white wines at night. 🍷 The room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning city views that made every moment special. 😍 The mini bar, refilled daily, was a delightful touch. The pool was refreshing and well maintained, and the gym had everything needed for a solid workout. 🏊♂️💪 Its prime location in Causeway Bay, just steps from the MTR, convenience stores, malls, and tons of restaurants, made exploring a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and convenient stay! 🌍 #RegalHongKong #CityEscape

Traveling as a family, we chose to stay in Causeway Bay. The location is incredibly convenient – just 100 meters from the MTR exit, making shopping and getting around a breeze. Victoria Park is also right across the street, which is lovely for a stroll whenever you feel like it. We've stayed here multiple times, and it's definitely our top choice when visiting Hong Kong.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked it for the convenient location (you can reach 2 metro lines walking from hotel through the sky bridges, and the star ferry 😉 in no-time!)
From the moment I stepped into the hotel and room, I was genuinely blown away. The space was not only luxurious but thoughtfully designed down to every detail, the bedding was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast included which I can recommend the choices are very diverse with slight changes each day. Staff was very polite and helpful!
The elevator was fast and smoothly and I stayed during a vacation period, (I stayed on the 37th floor - 3 floors away from top level)
This stay didn’t just meet my expectations it completely exceeded them. I can’t wait to return, need to save up but will be worth to stay again!!

The room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. The automatic blackout blinds ensured a great night's sleep. Crucially, it's incredibly close to the Immigration Department office, just a few steps away – a huge plus for convenience. The hotel's steakhouse is excellent. My child, a lifelong steak lover who has dined at countless steakhouses, absolutely loved this one. Besides the steak, the other dishes were also quite good.

I suggest upgrading the guest room door lock, as it requires slowly inserting and removing the room key card, which can be confusing for meor other guests and inconvenient when needing to visit reception for assistance. And thr ceiling light above the bed pillows flickers every 10 seconds, even when turned off, which is quite disruptive. I didn't ask for help as I was so drunk that night. Hmm there are also several other defects in the room actually. I recommend that the hotel manager and directors conduct a thorough walk-through to identify issues together, as relying solely on the cleaning team—who manage numerous rooms daily with only 15 minutes per room—may not suffice for quality improvements. Despite these issues, the room price is very reasonable. And I was with some other frds occupying around 10 other rooms and saying all good. So I still give a high rating overall. I was in 903 if I remember correctly

The hotel is conveniently located in Wan Chai, surrounded by numerous dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The lobby is on the third floor, with the restaurant on the second. The decor is clean and modern. Breakfast wasn't included. The room itself was a bit on the small side, and many amenities, such as toiletries, weren't provided – reportedly due to local regulations, which is understandable. On the bright side, a universal adapter was provided. Overall, it was acceptable.

Bathroom bigger than bedroom was was strange and would be better the other way around
Location a little inconvenient but not terrible

The hotel is small but charming. While the rooms are compact, their layout is clearly thoughtfully designed. The light green carpets, curtains, and armchairs create a very soothing ambiance, complemented by comfortable wooden floors perfect for walking barefoot. The overall vibe is wonderfully cozy.
Bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the provided toiletries were excellent.
Conveniently located just steps away from a lively area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The soft, plush bedding paired with full blackout curtains guaranteed a restful night's sleep, perfect for light sleepers.
The ground floor communal area is stunning, almost like a garden! Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't get a chance to sit and enjoy it. Even the fresh, meticulously arranged flower displays on the lobby counter instantly brightened my mood.
Every staff member I encountered was gentle, soft-spoken, and exuded warmth and energy, making me feel genuinely welcome.
