Park Lane Pullman has never dissapointed us fr the very 1st time that we stayed there after their renovation until the present day.
They have excellent service, their staff are courteous and approachable, very used to dealing with foreign guest like us. Specially the doorman and concierge they always have a ready smile on their faces to welcome you and they speak good english, ready to help and make your dealings easy. The Front desk as well , were efficient in handling room check-ins, patiently answering and explaining on any queries you have re ur room, their attention is on you even if visibly there is still a long line waiting to check-in after you.
The hotel room is clean, modern and comfortable.
We love the Exec Lounge at the 26th flr, the staff are attentive, the food and drinks offered are superb, the furniture is comfortable and ambiance is relaxing.

I had very efficient stay. Kindly upgraded according to my ALL level, personally greeted. High floor room with park and harbour view was spacious, clean, functional. Breakfast was very good but not overwhelming. Concierge service impeccable, also helped to store baggage for me.

Amazing hotel. One of the best we have stayed in for service and executive lounge. We stayed over Chinese year and had a great time!! View from the lounge is great and awesome rooftop restaurant and bar.

Conveniently located near Fashion Walk, Times Square and Causeway Bay MTR, this hotel made our Hong Kong trip extra enjoyable. Check-in was smooth. Deposit required, 500HKD per night or up to 2000 HKD. Executive lounge, housekeeping and room service staff were friendly and welcoming. Room is clean with great view. View from the rooftop is amazing too. If you’re planning to go on a Big Bus tour, one of the route stops directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay at The Park Lane the next time we’re on HK :)

The Pullman Hotel in Hong Kong is one of my favorite places to stay when traveling in Hong Kong. Always ask for a room with the view (as soon in my pictures). The room is equipped with toiletries and clean towels. They also have water filters. No more water bottles! Go green! The hotel is near by the metro station Causeway Bay. Which is near many shops and restaurants. It’s also easy to move around in that area as well. I am looking forward to another stay there. Thank you again.

Great location at the heart of Causeway Bay. Near MTR station E, very convenient. Rooms are large with a nice bathtub.
Room service is a little on the slow side, especially when asking to make up room. Else, overall good stay with a great gym facility including sauna.
