Not like pictures, small, dirty. Smells of mold, has roaches. Sheets were also dirty. No amenities, including toilet paper. Also sketchy area, would just pay more for a nicer and safer place

Its my first time to come to this hotel and im really amazed on how big and spacious their rooms are. Its also very clean. At first i was hesitant to come to this side because im used to the side of chungking but im glad i came. Thanks to all the staff who are always helpful😊😊😊🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 highly recommended

The place was quite difficult to find. The picture displayed on this app doesn't match the actual quality of the room. It's good enough to be near the tourist spots in HK.

It's located inside in chungking mansions 10th floor e block. Not too much futures. Just one day okay not good for longer stay

I recently stayed at Melbourne Hotel for one night and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While the location was convenient, as it was situated near a metro station, several issues greatly affected our stay. Firstly, I was deeply dissatisfied to discover the presence of cockroaches in my room. This was an alarming concern, as it compromised the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. In addition, the malfunctioning toilet flush was a major inconvenience. I had to resort to filling water from the shower in order to manually flush the toilet, which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the air conditioning system in our room did not effectively cool the space, leaving my family feeling uncomfortable throughout the night. This inability to regulate the temperature affected the quality of our sleep. Although the hotel's location near a metro station was a positive aspect, I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and takes immediate actions to address these issues, as it greatly affects the overall quality of the stay for future guests.
