Insane harbour view complimented by decent hotel services and a nice exquisite bar. They do, however, held my room deposit of nearly a grand for wayyyyy longer than the agreed terms. The front desk explained the deposit are expected to be returned in 7-8 working days, but it’s been a full month. I expect to kiss my deposit goodbye at this rate. So pay cash deposit, guys. Save yourself some troubles😥

Due to the location of the hotel, we only get a partial view of the Victoria harbour. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the walk along the harbour is very relaxing.

The management of the breakfast needs to be improved. Mandarin is the official language of Hong Kong and the female receptionist at breakfast told me she only knew English. I saw guests dining in hotel slippers, unmanaged.

Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

Amazing view from the room. Amazing breakfast, clean everywhere. But swimming pool is it that big as I thought.

At the centre of HK, with Walking distance to multiple train stations which make travelling much easier. Amenities are good as there are numerous 茶餐厅 around the area, giving a good variety in local food culture.

I requested higher floor I’ve got the lowest haha I asked the front desk after two nights got another room to 8th floor. During holidays it looks very busy and only two front desk made it slow for check in . But it’s nice, clean, good location and view.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the ‘high floor city view’ room wasn’t what we expected so would probably stick with a lower floor unless we were planning for the harbour views. The facilities are well maintained and Our kids even swam at night in the rooftop pool even though it’s January and not heated (it must get a lot of sun during the day). The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It would be helpful if the rooms were equipped with adapters for US/China appliances or at least some USB ports to help charging devices. We attempted the twin room for a family of 4 (2 young children). Bit tight but doable. If the beds were a bit wider it would’ve been more comfortable.
