A nice hotel for relaxation during the weekend holiday. There are several beaches nearby, and the Ching Ma bridge overview is just in front of the hotel. It's really amazing.

Hotel checkin is absolutely pathetic. Room was also pretty average with a Harbour view in the East wing looking further out to the East of the Harbour with obscured views due to the adjacent rooms . Not a very well designed building. When lazing on the couch by the window you a glaring directly into the adjacent room and the windows are not sufficiently glazed for privacy. Rooftop pool is excellent however it opens between 7am and 8pm so you cant really enjoy the view while swimming at night. This is Hyatts version of the mondrian but it feels very cramped and the hotel is morphed into an existing building by way of major refurbishment. Didnt really like the staff attitide either and I got the impression most of them were inexperienced

The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view. The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I can’t wait to return!

Our hotel stay at the Arca was quite satisfactory. The room was quite big and there were three comfortable beds. The toilet is also very spacious and large, and allows for two shower rooms inside. The design of the room was quite smart, all in all. The location was okay, easily visible from the nearest station. The service was also very good, they even offered us a complimentary cake for my wife’s birthday as well as three complimentary drinks as an apology for the slightly delayed check-in. All in all, great hotel!

The room is newly refurbished. Clean and tidy. But the smell from the aircon is quite bad. The staff are polite and helpful. I will surely pay a visit next time when I travel HK.

Great hotel and standard room size is good, location is great for everything. The mini bar wasn't much it has just a small bag of chips, two cans of coke and two cans of water. You can only enjoy them on your first day of check in. No cold water supply every day only the first day. Pretty cheap!

Boutique hotel with friendly staff, who upgraded me to executive room upon check-in, room is so spacious that like none of other hotels I stayed in downtown, highly recommend. A few minutes walk to shopping center and a sports park, plus riverside walk, perfect environment

Hello, the location of this hotel is great. I have been here before so that’s why I booked it again. The room is also spacious. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. The floor and carpet were dirty and also the sofa clearly showed stains from previous visitors. The internet was also not so strong. I was quite disappointed. This room is absolutely not worth almost 1,000 HKD

Highly recommended for families. This is its own little town with supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and pharmacy. We took the free morning shuttle to Disney and had a wonderful time. Very convenient and cost effective. The breakfast buffet is nice and the Christmas decor was superb. We will definitely be staying again. Just wish the hotel had an ATM machine

It was a bumpy trip since my son got fever as side effect of the vaccine and I needed to extend our stay. As soon as I informed the hotel, they sent us a free thermometer and upgraded our room to harbor view which is closer to the lift. Extremely grateful to Rene Tsang for the smooth transition and care. Also, thanks to Marina at the breakfast restaurant for assisting me take out some porridge and juice for my son. I am very impressed by W’s exceptional service and definitely will come back again.
