My original travel plans were unfortunately canceled due to a typhoon. I was charged for five days even though I only stayed for four. Thankfully, Ctrip compensated me for the loss, as despite numerous attempts by Ctrip to contact the hotel, they refused to make any concessions. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent. Both the Exhibition Centre MTR Station and Causeway Bay MTR Station are convenient, though I personally recommend the Exhibition Centre station. The area around the hotel offers abundant options for both shopping and dining. The hotel service was also very attentive and excellent.

My stay here was absolutely superb, and I must give this hotel a glowing review!
Its location is a major highlight; it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with abundant dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and daily life.
During check-in, the receptionist was incredibly efficient and genuinely friendly. They even proactively shared information about the hotel's amenities, which made me feel very welcome.
The room itself was more spacious than expected and spotlessly clean. The bedding felt soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep. The bathroom featured well-designed wet/dry separation, hot water was immediate, and the pressure was perfect. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; I heard no noise at night, which is absolutely crucial for a good stay.
The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options, all delicious and catering to different preferences.
Check-out was lightning-fast, and the entire process was incredibly smooth.
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. It offers outstanding value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

The staff were incredibly helpful. My original check-out time was 12:00 PM, but when I asked the front desk if I could have a late check-out, they happily granted me an extra hour. When I called again while out on an errand to ask for a 2:00 PM check-out, they were equally accommodating. Ultimately, I didn't get back to the hotel until 4:20 PM. Despite the significant delay, the front desk didn't charge me any late check-out fees and processed my check-out without issue. They even helped me with my luggage and hailed a taxi for me. This level of service was truly exceptional. The room was also very spacious, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Its location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and taxis. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!

Great hotel with well equipped rooms.
To get there is well pointed with signs as the elevators are bit confusing for first time guests.
Breakfast buffet good and all service was very friendly.

Park Lane Hotel is an ideal location for me. Easy access to all amenities and even have supermarkets right at the door step especially during typhoon season that was god send i can honestly say.
Specially shout out to couple of the “Doorman” Sony and Awatar they have been doing fantastic job and make you welcomed and wanting to come back to stay in this hotel again.
Minor suggestion is that there are only handful of benches …. very uncomfortable even though every hotel is different but still
believe they are need to put more attention to the guests experience. MORE SEATING PLEASE !!!!

Probably the best hotel in Causeway Bay area. The rooms are much better than that of Park Lane and Regal Hotel. The restaurants are also good, the Chinese Restaurant is Michelin star restaurant. Frites is also a nice bar restaurant. Service of Carver steak house also nice. Also 2 mins walk to Times Square. Highly recommended.

This marks my second stay at a Regal property this year, though in a different location.
The location is superb. It's incredibly accessible; I traveled from Austin to Hung Hom via the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail, then connected directly to Causeway Bay. From MTR Causeway Bay Exit F1, it's a straightforward walk of under ten minutes. Even on this short stroll, I discovered a plethora of dining options in the vicinity.
The front desk service was on point – polite and efficient.
The room's design leaned towards a classic, perhaps slightly dated, style. While it was standard, it was perfectly functional. The cleanliness was commendable. My only minor quibble was the lack of slippers (possibly an oversight, but I didn't personally find it a big issue). At approximately 30 square meters and priced around HKD 600+, it offers excellent value for money in Hong Kong.
Overall, the Regal Hotels chain in Hong Kong consistently offers a worthwhile stay. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Stay at Lanson Place Causeway Bay!
From the moment we arrived, our experience at Lanson Place was nothing short of outstanding. We were immediately greeted by an attentive team who swiftly unloaded our van full of luggage. By the time we finished a lovely tea during check-in, everything was already neatly placed in our room, eliminating any awkwardness around tipping the bellboy.
The staff were warm, professional, and consistently helpful, always ready with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist.
We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with elegant, thoughtful touches. The bed was comfortable, complete with a pillow menu, and the amenities, from the fully stocked minibar and coffee machine to the sleek, modern bathroom, were top-tier.
The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to Sogo Mall and the heart of Causeway Bay, with endless shopping, local eateries, and serene parks nearby. Despite being in the center of it all, the hotel remained a tranquil retreat after a busy day.
We truly appreciated the boutique charm and meticulous attention to detail. It’s clear Lanson Place prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.
We’ll absolutely return on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined, quite, relaxing, and conveniently located stay in Causeway Bay.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a tatami room on a weekday, which was a nice gesture. However, I must point out that the standard room I originally booked was priced at over 1500 for the second night, and I personally feel that 1500-2000 would be a more fitting price point for a tatami room.
The location is excellent; it's convenient for getting around, and there's ample space for taxis or ride-sharing services to stop.
Cleanliness: Average. Tatami mats are notoriously difficult to maintain, and there were some stains on the Roman blinds. More concerningly, I found some black spots on the bed (likely residue from the washing machine).
Environment: The design was aesthetically pleasing, but surprisingly, the tatami room lacked any seating. Sitting directly on the tatami mat is very low, and without a proper chair or table, I had to stand to do my makeup. This isn't very comfortable for knees or joints. While I appreciate the unique experience of a tatami room, I suggest they provide at least some low stools or similar seating options.
Service: Good, especially considering I received a complimentary upgrade.
Facilities: I must comment on the automatic curtains. I was actually woken up in the middle of the night by the distinct sound of someone else's curtains closing, which I could hear very clearly. This indicates that the soundproofing is quite poor.
