The front desk don’t have a good service because when the guy (CA) that’s what it says on my parking ticket not sure if that’s his name. When doing my transaction he is talking **** to his other coworker. Why not finish my transaction and they can talk in **** all day long until their shift done. And even the housekeeping too lazy to give us a new sheets and the worker said they run out of blanket. Too lazy people.

This is an older property in a great location. They have a unique $5 breakfast menu with several choices for people who stay a week like us. You could have a different breakfast every morning. The parking can be difficult at times. We would return to the Pagoda.

Overall, not bad.The room rate plus $33 are a bit $$$ if you ask me. They clean the room every 4 days. The services are not there. We always at the front desk every night asking for what we need. Parking fee for the guest should be less than $29 . I guess you got what you pay.

I like that it is next to Wal-Mart, Ala Moana and close to a lot of eateries. The Breakfast was on point, always love getting Fried Rice and Portuguese sausage in the morning, Breakfast of Champions!

The location was okay. If you're looking for a place to stay that's not too far from the downtown business , this is a great place. The room was spacious , clean and quiet.The staff was friendly and helpful.The breakfast was great for a low price. My only hang up is that the hotel rooms need a tune up very badly. For the price I paid , I expected a more modern room . It felt like I was in a cheap hotel. Please update the rooms on things like decor and televisions. There was a PlayStation 2 in the room to play DVDs on. I didn't know people still used DVDS. Other than that, pretty good stay.
