Hotel staff friendly and welcoming quick and easy check in process.
Room was clean with plenty of towels and tea/coffee making facilities. selection of both soft and firm pillows.
Restaurant was pleasant though half the items on the menu were not available which was a little disappointing.
Breakfast had a good selection of items including bacon eggs ect and pancakes and cereals aswell as juice and hot drinks.
Hotel is located about 2.5 miles from Cambridge city centre but is easily accessible by foot or taxi or even an e-scooter/bike.

Breakfast is disgusting even the coffee is rubbish do not eat anything but the cereals and fruits everything else is cheap and bad I felt sick after the breakfast there. 6.50 a beer at the bar no thanks. Location is far from centre of Cambridge

The staff was wonderful, kind helpdul and caring with each other .so it made us feel safe, and the breakfast was 5* room was light and airy, smelled clean, and was clean .
Definitely would recommend and we will ourself be back , when we venture back that way .thank you to all

I must say this is how a hotel should be run!!
Friendly positive staff who are helpful with a smile!!
Our TV remote didn't work and a member of staff was there within 5 mins and sorted it...
Extra milk and tea bags for the room no problem...
Breakfast was fresh even at 9. 45am!
A little further out from where I usually stay when visiting Cambridge but it's only a short walk to the bus stop past a pretty lake..
All in all I will be staying here again..

The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping team is always up for any help. The breakfast spread is delectable. It always pays well to be an IHG Club Member ! Will be definitely staying back again !!!

Stayed for one night for hospital appointment at Addenbrooke hospital staff very helpful room very nice breakfast included in price was very good plenty of choice would stay again if visiting Cambridge

Quite a decent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms were equipped with doves finest washing products. Hooked my Chromecast up to the TV since they don't have smart TVs. If you decide to do this I recommend you use your partner's phone as a hotspot as the WiFi seemed to struggle to support Chromecast functionality.
