GGuest UserThe room is a little bit small though, the workers are so nice and warm and polite. There are so many facilities we can use in the room hair iron machine, refrigerator, and air cleaner, and also there are many daily care so thoughtful. And I like the teabag in the room it would be so nice if you can tell me the name of the teabag.

HHariGood location, when you like to book smiler hotels in Korea please check check-in and check-out time policy I really shocked when they told me check-in after 22:00 and it was clearly shown in my booking but I never think so

GGuest UserIt was on the 7th floor of the complex shopping district, so it was right here, but the facilities are clean and spacious. I went to the concert and dragged my tired body, but it was better because it was near the station. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby. There are also two computers, so it would be nice for couples and friends to come. I am willing to use it next time!!

GGuest UserIt was nice to have a big TV that became neat and Netflix and Disney Plus. It was nice to have towels and amenities without shortage. The biggest drawback is that you have to take the elevator for parking. It was so scary ...^^ And it was a room at the entrance of the corridor, but it was noisy. The bedding was comfortable and nice.

OOnyangoA charming, cozy little old hotel run by the loveliest couple. They still write the guest list by hand—how beautiful is that? In November, they even provided a bed warmer, which was perfect for someone like me who’s always cold. They took the time to personally show me how to operate the TV and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely visit again!

GGuest User酒店位置很好大化站5號口出來100米左右就到了距高陽體育館走路不到10分鐘周邊餐館便利店很多很方便酒店乾淨整潔超過預期看演唱會不錯的居住選擇入住時間：18:00 退房時間：12:00 不知道是攜程的地址定位有問題還是國內的導航App有問題總之一開始給我導航錯了如果有人遇到同樣問題請記得酒店離地鐵站很近另外這個季節的高陽挺漂亮適合隨便逛逛

AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex 1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only. 2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything. 3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room. 4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us. 5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant. 6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere. 7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

There are a lot of rsstaurants around. but for halal travelers there are no halal options around. but convenience store like CU and GS and there is a local supermarket is near. i lvoe the room. basic amenities but the bed is sooo comfortable
