The location was a little far from the nearest metro stations (juyeop and daehwa) but there were bus services with bus stops just a 3-5mins walk away from the hotel. Love the room, it was very clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I slept very well on all 3 nights. Despite being far from the metro stations, the area was close to a few shopping malls like Onemount and hyundai department store which had good shopping and food options. There was also a Starbucks right next to the hotel and a local mall with good brunch options right opposite the hotel. The staff were helpful and they told me that there was an airport limosine (bus 5600) that I could take from the bus stop in front of the hotel and advised me on the bus timings. It really saved me a lot of inconvenience trying to naviagate my way to incheon airport using the metro. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in goyang.

Stayed in this hotel for the Coldplay concert over at Goyang Stadium, which is literally 10mins walk away. I got the large/small twin bed. Mattress was super comfy. Room was good size with a lounge seat area. I even got a computer in the room that you can use. Was a Bath/walk in shower, however this bath is the like the size of the jacuzzi square shaped ones. My only fault here would be the towels they had. I had to go out and get my own - for the ladies, you may understand. Otherwise, lots of food spots, 2 minutes from train station, really cant go wrong.

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways. We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

It's close to the subway station and there are many restaurants nearby, which is great! However... the last time I went, my card key wasn't recognized, so I went to the info center and got it in a different room, but this time it happened again, so I was disappointed, but as expected, I was very kind and grateful.

There was a live performance at Koyan Stadium and I stayed alone. Check-in was early and check-out time was late. In addition, there were plenty of restaurants, take-out shops, and convenience stores around, and it was convenient to go home immediately because the live was over at the stadium. I would like to use it next time if I have the opportunity! I stayed alone, but even two people were large enough.

It was on the 7th floor of the complex shopping district, so it was right here, but the facilities are clean and spacious. I went to the concert and dragged my tired body, but it was better because it was near the station. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby. There are also two computers, so it would be nice for couples and friends to come. I am willing to use it next time!!

Good location, when you like to book smiler hotels in Korea please check check-in and check-out time policy I really shocked when they told me check-in after 22:00 and it was clearly shown in my booking but I never think so

Came to Gaoyang to watch a concert so I booked this room The location is excellent, very close to Exit 2 of Shiroishi Station on Line 3, about 3-5 minutes walk The hotel itself is more of a business hotel, even a bit like a motel in Taiwan. The room is clean enough. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is a large bathtub in the bathroom, but there are marks on it that cannot be brushed off. You can consider whether to take a bath or not. XD But the most serious drawback is the smell of cigarettes, especially in the toilet. But because the price is very cheap, it is relatively acceptable. People who are sensitive to cigarette smells should pay special attention. If you come to stay here, it is recommended that you bring your own air spray. There are convenience stores nearby, as well as Lotte Duty Free and Home Plus. You can also find food. Although it is not as desolate as the city, it is not as desolate as you might imagine. Another inconvenience is that there is no space for clothes in the bathroom. Friends who live together should remind each other. Another minor drawback is that there are not enough plugs, but since this is not a hotel designed to accommodate tourists, I think it is okay. The counter staff seemed to be there 24 hours a day and were very polite when asking questions. The last advantage is that there is an airport bus stop near the hotel. The 3300 line goes to Incheon Airport. It takes about five minutes to walk to the bus stop, which is convenient for flash mob fans.
