It was my first time to stay at Fengcheng Wellness Center with my family. It is located on the west side of Baima Temple Forest Park, next to Longma Lake. The hotel is overall high-end and elegant, and the surrounding scenery is picturesque. It is simply a paradise. It is very suitable for a health and wellness vacation, relaxing body and mind, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff are all warmly welcoming, and you will enjoy five-star service quality wherever you go. Although you encountered some problems with hardware facilities and equipment during your stay, they were repaired and dealt with in a timely manner after feedback to the guest room. It can be seen that the hotel's engineering staff are also very professional and dedicated. 👍👍But the most worth mentioning is Yang Yang🎉🎉 in the front office. Her enthusiastic and considerate service helped us solve various problems and needs, making our family feel comfortable and warm during our stay.
