Hauser Hotel St. Moritz Reviews

Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?

Hotel room got no kettle but do not provide hot water. Breakfast buffet very limited. Ask for fried egg has to pay 5 francs.

I dont like the service staff in the breakfast dining area, we walked directly and the waitress rudely showed us the sign “please wait to be seated”. I understand some part of the dining area may be closed, but you can tell us nicely no free sitting. Probably because we are Asian. The counter staff also told us in an ironical way that breakfast start at 7, as if we are hungry ghost coming at 6:55 am. Service staffs have to be more empatic, not showing your attitune.

Comfortable, very clean and cozy hotel. Also gave off a very homely feel. Cheerful and happy staff.

Location is very central. Took a bus for one stop. Has very good breakfast and dinner menu.

Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service from the train station which is a plus point. The check-in was smooth & staff also provide me on the info which i would like to tour around. I also arranged my dinner with the hotel, the food is delicious except service was abit slow. Maybe due to large crowd at the restaurant. Breakfast is simple yet delicious & included with the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel for people visiting St. Moritz.

Everything is good. A minor improvement needed is the lack of ventilation fan in the toilet

Hotel is nicely located in the middle of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful in introducing the town. Hotel room though small but clean. No aircon, natural ventilation. Hotel breakfast was great, enjoyed it thoroughly.

Super comfy hotel abs super clean. Perfect location right in the heart of the centre. If more hot food options for breakfast would be even better but over amaZing stay!

The hotel is in a very strategic location, right in the city center. It only takes about 4 minutes by bus from the central train station to the hotel, and it's not far on foot! The hotel also provides a private shuttle service to and from the Central Station

The hotel is not big, but it is very unique and clean. The furniture is all made of logs. The restaurant is also good. There are more people eating in the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast uses local ingredients.

Very good choice! The room is large and comfortable. The guy at the front desk introduced various contents in great detail and was very enthusiastic. Paper maps and free transportation cards were all available. The service is also very considerate. The breakfast is very German, with many kinds of bread, and the milk and yogurt are great. The view from the window seat is also very good. Recommended.
