"The location is great, with a view of the snow-capped mountains from the window 🏔 and a gas station next door ⛽. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. Since I booked at the last minute, the older lady even showed me several different room types. The only downside was the bathroom, which was about 1 square meter. It was the smallest bathroom I've ever stayed in while traveling. I couldn't even bend over to wash my hair. Otherwise, I was satisfied."

"The Hotel Europa in St. Moritz seems very good; we only stayed one night, but it was clear that it's a very well-equipped hotel with a very good breakfast. It's a bit far from the center, requiring a bus or Uber. The city is very beautiful, but the locals don't like tourists very much; they aren't very friendly and don't seem to care about being so."

"A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed! Thank you. I will return again!"

"There's free use of the sauna overlooking Lake St. Moritz, which is a must-see for sauna lovers. The rooms are very clean and luxurious, and there are several restaurants in the hotel at various price ranges, so convenience is also an issue. It was a very fond memory."

"It's very conveniently located near the station and the lake. There's no sidewalk leading to the entrance, so there's a steep slope where you have to walk alongside the car, which can be quite dangerous. The room was clean and tidy, with a window facing the lake. The bathroom had a heated towel rack and provided some disposable toiletries like conditioner, a shower cap, and soap (I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't unpack them, so I'm not sure if they included a toothbrush or toothpaste). The entire hotel had a wood-like smell, which I personally didn't like. The pictures were taken in the parking lot at the entrance."

"This is the fifth year in a row we are coming here as a friends group for autumn hikes, spa relaxation and great food and wine :) I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff members from reception Davide, Lorena and Sergio are extremely welcoming and friendly :) The hotel is located in a beautiful area overseeing the forest and lakes and the view from the spa is breathtaking! 5/5!"

"It's one of the best hotels in St. Moritz. The room is big enough for 2 people. The best thing about the hotel is the shower. It's automatic with multiple shower head systems. Breakfast is also not bad. But can have more choices. The view is supervise from the room."

Hired by Le Cabaret Rouge de Dolce Riviera an escort from the islands tattooed with a rose on the chest of the Côte d'Azur for venus girl of joy under narcotics as a burlesque dancer it taints the glamour of the place not recommendable..."

Came with family (they have 5 person spacious room) includes spa (jacuzzi, steamroom, sauna), clean and modern rooms, great dining options (we had cheese fondue and venison), and large breakfast included. We were able to do laundry here too. they have a shuttle to take you into town which we did not use because we had a car. We would stay again! Friendly staff, nice place. Can not get better views!!"
