Hostel by Randolins
"I really enjoyed my stay, including the restaurant (delicious, but not included in the price), the free transfer with a charming driver, and the breathtaking views. It was a dream. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me fill out the necessary paperwork."
Hotel Laudinella
"Nice new rooms and there’s a free transfer"
Hauser Hotel St. Moritz
"The breakfast was superb! Coffee and tea aren't self-service; staff come to your table to take your order once you're seated. The hotel provides a St. Moritz area transport card, which covers train, bus, and cable car fares. This means the high transportation costs are essentially sponsored by the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😃 If you email the hotel your train arrival time in advance, they'll send a car to pick you up from the station. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant. While not cheap, the food was delicious and definitely worth recommending. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to St. Moritz."
Hotel Reine Victoria
"It's OK! The price/performance ratio is good"
Hotel Piz St. Moritz
"Location of the hotel is good. Close to a bus stop, not far from the town centre. Hotel is modern, connected to a restaurant. Rooms are warm, bed is comfortable, but are a bit small"
Hotel Schweizerhof St. Moritz
"There's free use of the sauna overlooking Lake St. Moritz, which is a must-see for sauna lovers. The rooms are very clean and luxurious, and there are several restaurants in the hotel at various price ranges, so convenience is also an issue. It was a very fond memory."
Hotel Stille
"The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the lake. It features a fully equipped kitchen and excellent service."
Hotel Corvatsch - Web Check-in
"Our actual stay at The Corvatsch was excellent. However the stress of (1) Having our booking cancelled by an automaton three days before our arrival and (2) receiving an invoice for approximately three times what it should have been the night before departure negated the happy times. An apology six days after an e-mail of complaint, blaming a 'new' system, was a poor response. After a number of pleasant and comfortable previous visits to the Laudinella Hotel (part of the same hotel group) this was a serious disappointment."
Berghotel Randolins
"Excellent service, excellent premises."

Hotel Bären
"Great Hotel with easy access to railway stations and shopping center"
Kulm Hotel St. Moritz
"What a wonderful Hotel. The beauty of St. Moritz, outstanding service and staff, rooms were wonderful, especially overlooking the lake, restaurants and bars were perfect, spa was worth every penny. A must visit location and resort."
Suvretta House
"THe hotel is Grand! I loved the old world charm of it. It had a good mixture of the old and new. I can only imagine how good it will look when I get a chance to visit it in the winter when there is snow all around with the roaring fireplaces. The staff were very friendly. I felt extremely welcome. "
Badrutt's Palace Hotel St Moritz
"The history and location are well documented. The service is less well-documented. Having stayed at 5 other hotels in St Moritz over the years, this is the worst in terms of price v service. This includes the Kempinski, Kulm, and other hotels that would not normally see themselves in the same category. Having raised concerns about the service and asked for resolutions and contact, I felt ignored, and in fact, virtually no effort was made to contact me over 2 days. Avoid the cocktail bar where you may have to wait a very long time to be served and may not even get any service at all - 90 min we waited for them to take a food order, which in the end they never took despite asking 3 times! Still don't know why - maybe they felt I needed to lose some weight! Breakfast similar sort of dismissive attitude. Terrible F&B service. The F&B manager, Mr Peters, did not address the issues, provided little support, and nothing was resolved. Overall, my impression was that the staff were not bothered about providing high-quality service, and as such, I would not stay there again or recommend it to others. There are other hotels with the same view but better service."
St. Moritz Youth Hostel
"Clean and spacious double room with nice view of the forest by the St. Moritz lake. Breakfast (included) is adequate with variety of cheese and bread. Takes less than 10 min by bus from St. Moritz train but only 1 per hour during the season (April), so plan your itinerary accordingly."
Crystal Hotel Superior
"Staffs are friendly with excellent service. Breakfast has various choices"
Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains St. Moritz
"The idea of staying at another Kempinski, this time in St. Moritz, really excited us both. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service was generally excellent. We had great communication with the concierge before arriving, and the complimentary shuttle service worked perfectly — meeting us at the railway station and driving us wherever we wanted to go. Our room was spacious, well stocked, and lacked for nothing. There is also a basement area for skiers to store and prepare their equipment — we weren’t skiing, but staff were happy to explain how everything worked if asked. Now for the downside. If money is no object, you can stop reading and simply enjoy the hotel. While we can afford what the hotel offers, the prices were stupidly expensive, even by Swiss standards, so we chose carefully out of principle. On our first night we ate at the Neora “Greek” restaurant. I have no idea what they were trying to achieve, but aside from the hugely inflated prices, Greek it was not. The tzatziki was the worst I have ever tasted, and many traditional Greek dishes were missing — where were the gyros, souvlaki (although there was one on the menu but chicken), kleftiko, Stifado? And in what world does anyone pay CHF 90 (around £90) for Garides Saganaki (red prawns) as a starter? The rest of the menu was equally exorbitant. Another issue was the constant, awkward expectation of tips. Every time a member of staff did anything, there was a pause that made it clear a tip was expected. We only tip when we feel it’s deserved — for example, we gave our driver £20 when we left because he genuinely went above and beyond — but this led to many uncomfortable moments during our stay. This atmosphere spoiled the experience somewhat and made us feel that this hotel perhaps just isn’t for us. The saving grace was the absolutely superb breakfast, which had everything you could possibly wish for, served on beautiful table linen. That said, even here the service felt over-the-top — the moment a second set of cutlery was placed on the plate, it was whisked away. In summary, while the hotel is undeniably beautiful, the pretentious, pompous atmosphere, the excessive prices, the overbearing service, and the expectation of tips mean that, for us, this hotel is not the right fit."
Hotel Waldhaus am See
"Lovely hotel right on the lake with a wonderful view. Comfortable room with a great shower! The only meal I had was breakfast and it was a very, very nice buffet. I was only there for one night, but would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the facilities more."
Hotel San Gian
"Top service, good location, nice rooms, close to ski station and indoor pool"
Hotel Steffani
"Good location and nice staff. Good breakfast. Heater in bathroom only and it was not working. Overall I'm happy with this hotel."
Hotel Chesa Spuondas
Hotel Laudinella
"Good hotel, excellent breakfasts."
Randolins Familienresort
"It was really very nice stay! The hotel is new and clean, everything is simple and convenient. Playground with a wonderful view, playrooms are clean and food was nice."
Soldanella
"The service attitude of the restaurant is very good, the facilities are average, and the location is not very convenient - it costs about 20 Swiss francs to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel."
Boutique Hotel Cervus
"A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed! Thank you. I will return again!"
Chesa Sur Val 22
"We enjoy cooking at home. We were surprised by the well-equipped kitchen. There isn't a great view, as it's somewhat dilapidated. It's a large, comfortable apartment. Not exactly centrally located in St. Moritz, but well situated for easy access to Celerina or Samedan."
