Hostel by Randolins
"I really enjoyed my stay, including the restaurant (delicious, but not included in the price), the free transfer with a charming driver, and the breathtaking views. It was a dream. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me fill out the necessary paperwork."
Hotel Laudinella
"The best hotel i have ever stayed in Switzerland. Warm welcome by hotel receptionist. The room is cozy with Mountain view."
Hauser Hotel St. Moritz
"We love the convenience of the hotel pickup and drop off service at the train station. Hotel is centrally located and we have enjoyed our stay. 👍🙏"
Hotel Reine Victoria
"Although the hotel is a bit far from the train station, you can directly ask the hotel to call a car for pick-up. The hotel lobby and interior have been renovated and are clean and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel room rate includes spa treatment. This spa center is very convenient opposite the hotel. It is clean and comfortable and has many spa facilities. It is highly recommended. "
Hotel Piz St. Moritz
"Location of the hotel is good. Close to a bus stop, not far from the town centre. Hotel is modern, connected to a restaurant. Rooms are warm, bed is comfortable, but are a bit small"
Hotel Schweizerhof St. Moritz
"Great that hotel provided complimentary shuttle service from St Moritz train station to hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and with great view. The room furniture is a bit dated and the toilet needed a fresh look. Overall, our stay at the hotel was great. Thank you."
Hotel Stille
"The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the lake. It features a fully equipped kitchen and excellent service."
Hotel Corvatsch - Web Check-in
"The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily. The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful."
Berghotel Randolins
"Nice clean hotel, food good, rooms clean and friendly staff spoke very good English, free shuttle bus into town very handy so if needed wait for bus at station as cost of taxi nearly 50 Swiss francs, bus runs nearly all day until 4pm and saves a 45 minute walk up hill back to hotel"

Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains St. Moritz
"Kempinski Exterior is gorgeous and the lobby is beautiful. Hotel is a bit outdated when it comes to the rooms. Prior to my arrival, I stayed in Zurich at the Dolder Grand for $1500 per night it was 10/10. Kempinski is 7/10. Did not meet my expectations. I could barely move around in the tiny room. I was not impressed. Very disappointed and asked for a refund $8,600 and it was denied."
Kulm Hotel St. Moritz
"Our stay at Kulm Hotel St. Moritz was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we experienced the true meaning of Swiss hospitality combined with timeless elegance and Italian twist. The hotel perfectly blends history, luxury, and impeccable service. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the outstanding dining experiences, particularly at the Kulm Country Club, where we enjoyed an unforgettable evening in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The Kulm Spa is truly outstanding – a haven of tranquility and wellbeing. The facilities are impeccable, offering the perfect place to relax while enjoying breathtaking views of the Engadin mountains. The stunning views over St. Moritz, the beautiful facilities, and the exceptional attention to detail make Kulm much more than a hotel it is a destination in itself. Thank you to the entire team for creating such memorable moments. We are already looking forward to returning."
Suvretta House
"THe hotel is Grand! I loved the old world charm of it. It had a good mixture of the old and new. I can only imagine how good it will look when I get a chance to visit it in the winter when there is snow all around with the roaring fireplaces. The staff were very friendly. I felt extremely welcome. "
Badrutt's Palace Hotel St Moritz
"The history and location are well documented. The service is less well-documented. Having stayed at 5 other hotels in St Moritz over the years, this is the worst in terms of price v service. This includes the Kempinski, Kulm, and other hotels that would not normally see themselves in the same category. Having raised concerns about the service and asked for resolutions and contact, I felt ignored, and in fact, virtually no effort was made to contact me over 2 days. Avoid the cocktail bar where you may have to wait a very long time to be served and may not even get any service at all - 90 min we waited for them to take a food order, which in the end they never took despite asking 3 times! Still don't know why - maybe they felt I needed to lose some weight! Breakfast similar sort of dismissive attitude. Terrible F&B service. The F&B manager, Mr Peters, did not address the issues, provided little support, and nothing was resolved. Overall, my impression was that the staff were not bothered about providing high-quality service, and as such, I would not stay there again or recommend it to others. There are other hotels with the same view but better service."
Hotel Bären
"Great Hotel with easy access to railway stations and shopping center"
Boutique Hotel Cervus
"The first hotel we booked in which there is enough room for clothes. The rooms are very clean. In the bathroom may be a deposit more. Kitchen absolute tip. Breakfast is enough, especially the rhein (not egg powder), mirror and soft eggs are always cooked on order. The hotel is located in a sackgasse, therefore very quietly located. St. Moritz bath reaches to foot in about 5 min. / village about 15 min."
Hotel Steffani
"Good location and nice staff. Good breakfast. Heater in bathroom only and it was not working. Overall I'm happy with this hotel."
Soldanella
"The service attitude of the restaurant is very good, the facilities are average, and the location is not very convenient - it costs about 20 Swiss francs to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel."
Hotel Laudinella
"Good hotel, excellent breakfasts."
Randolins Familienresort
"It was really very nice stay! The hotel is new and clean, everything is simple and convenient. Playground with a wonderful view, playrooms are clean and food was nice."
St. Moritz Youth Hostel
"Definitely I will come back again soon. The staff is really kind and helpful… easy to get to everywhere because the bus is stop right infront of main door"
Hotel Waldhaus am See
"Lovely hotel right on the lake with a wonderful view. Comfortable room with a great shower! The only meal I had was breakfast and it was a very, very nice buffet. I was only there for one night, but would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the facilities more."
Hotel San Gian
"Top service, good location, nice rooms, close to ski station and indoor pool"
Crystal Hotel Superior
"Staffs are friendly with excellent service. Breakfast has various choices"
