Hotel Arte ★★★★
"staff very good service"
Hotel Schweizerhof St. Moritz ★★★★
"The scenery is amazing. There is mist rising from the lake in the morning. It is very beautiful."
Hostel by Randolins ★★★
"As a family (4 people) we stayed in a 4-bed room in the hostel of the Randolins family resort. Compared to the hostels we have known so far, this one has some big advantages: + Very spacious rooms + Free shuttle bus to and from St. Moritz + Mountain railways are included (from 2 nights) + Wellness area can be booked optionally (incredible view from the whirlpool) + Beds already made + Very cool treasure hunt for the children + Perfect family deal (the hotel's very extensive breakfast buffet with homemade products can be booked optionally) We really enjoyed our time in the hotel and will definitely come back. Many thanks to the consistently hospitable Randolins team."
Hotel Corvatsch - Web Check-in ★★★
"We had the following experience checking into the Hotel Corvatsch: The reception was unmanned, and we let the phone number listed there ring for 15 minutes without anyone answering. The employee we called from the restaurant, who was the only server there at the time and didn't have much time for us, couldn't help us with the digital check-in either – it didn't work for her any more than it did for us. So we walked 225 meters to the reception of the hotel the server had described and received non-functional key cards there, twice. On the third attempt, each time a 2 x 225m = 450m walk, a hotel employee came with us with a master key so we wouldn't have to stand in the hallway with our luggage if the key cards still didn't work. We couldn't redeem the "generous" glass of Prosecco offered to each affected guest because we were ignored when we tried to redeem it in the restaurant. The telephone number and the service in the restaurant were mentioned in the reply letter to the tour operator, to whom I had of course described this incident, as an alternative to the reception staff."
Hotel Chesa Spuondas ★★★
"A wonderful stay! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always with a greeting and a smile. We will certainly come back. Despite the bad weather we felt very well. We were as a family there. ( grandparents, parents and two small children) The food was also very good and varied. Large selection of drinks. Priceful for St-Moritz very OK."
Hauser Hotel St. Moritz ★★★
"The room is big and clean. The bathroom is clean , no bad smells. There are toiletries. The location is in the center. There are many bistros convenient stores nearby. There are services to drop guests at railway station. The breakfast is very good. The taste is very good, delicious. There are no air conditioners and fan. But the weather is cold in early June."
Hotel Laudinella ★★★★
"The rooms are very spacious, close to the lake, and offer a generous breakfast and free parking. Of course, the price isn't cheap either."
Hotel Waldhaus am See ★★★
"The only downside is that it's located on a small hill, so it gets very cold in winter, the ground is slippery, and walking up the slope is dangerous. The environment is first-class, offering panoramic views of the lake, the surrounding landscape, and the mountains! The spa is excellent, but the space is limited; it's a bit cramped for ten people. The restaurant and bar are highlights. Luckily, there's a shuttle service. The rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of tea bags."
Hotel Grace la Margna ST Moritz ★★★★★
"The room was very comfortable, the facilities were new, and the turndown service was excellent. The hotel restaurant served Mediterranean cuisine, and the pizzas were delicious. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel service was warm and comfortable."

Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains St. Moritz
"The property is beautiful. The spa facilities and restaurants are all exceptional. Our room was very comfortable, quite spacious, clean, well-cared for and had fantastic views. The location is great as the gondola is just a short walk away. Most importantly, the service is impeccable. From the breakfast servers to the other restaurants, the ski shop, the valets and everywhere else, everyone we interacted with was very friendly, personable and attentive, not a single exception. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it so."
Kulm Hotel St. Moritz
"The service was excellent!!!"
Suvretta House
"Majestic place magnificent welcome Beautiful atmosphere with #Asmallword event but perplexed because the group hired a troupe of extras and dancers... but my pain and disgust were great. Hired by Le Cabaret Rouge de Dolce Riviera an escort from the islands tattooed with a rose on the chest of the Côte d'Azur for venus girl of joy under narcotics as a burlesque dancer it taints the glamour of the place not recommendable..."
Badrutt's Palace Hotel St Moritz
"A flawless St. Moritz experience. Every corner of Badrutt’s Palace radiates quiet perfection — from the breathtaking breakfast buffet to world-class dining at Le Relais, Matsuhisa, Chesa Veglia, and Paradiso. Service was effortless yet precise, making our stay feel both personal and unforgettable. We left genuinely happy — and already dreaming of returning."
Hotel Europa St. Moritz
"Steel toe was good. We were with the group so everything was okay but the exceptional part was the service. We left behind our simple iPhone charger, and we called them up and they arranged to ship it out to us to Zurich just in time, very nicely packed and free of charge. This kind of service that makes people go back"
Hotel Steffani
"Good location and nice staff. Good breakfast. Heater in bathroom only and it was not working. Overall I'm happy with this hotel."
Hotel Bären
"Rather small for the price we paid"
Boutique Hotel Cervus
"A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed! Thank you. I will return again!"
Art Boutique Hotel Monopol
"Beautiful hotel with an awesome rooftop bar view Great location"
Crystal Hotel Superior
"Location is near train station as it is 5 min short walk. Very near co op supermarket which closes on Sunday. Reception is very friendly. Room is clean."
Berghotel Randolins
"A bit away and above Sankt Moritz, with stunning view over the Alps. Hotel well equipped, clean and good but pricy restaurant. Breakfast okay, but you have to pay extra for boiled eggs. Good welness area, kind and attentive service. Free ticket for public transport etc..."
Hotel Laudinella
"Good hotel, excellent breakfasts."
Randolins Familienresort
"My friend and I stayed at Randolin's Oct 01-04 2024. My friend lis born and raised in Switzerland and booked the hotel for us. I was visiting from Toronto Canada. We stayed in the house that had the wellness spa. Our room was on the 2nd floor looking towards the Restaurant. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and when we went to our room it was spotless. Looks like it is either a new building or recently renovated. We used the spa each day after our travels. Everything was perfect. Very clean ( Switzerland is clean anyways). The breakfast buffet is fantastic! A wide variety of cold meats, cheese, wonderful fresh breads, a variety of home made jam's, eggs, bacon, fruits, yoghurt tea's and a variety of coffee's. You couldn't ask for more. The dinner menu also had a nice variety. There is really nothing to say other than our stay was fabulous. I recommend staying at the Randolins Resort. If there was anything negative to say it is that we found the shuttle bus hours were too short. They stop running at 10 a.m. It is only a short 15 minute walk down to the bus station however the shuttle would have been nice."
Soldanella
"In a nutshell, the breakfast is rich and the room type is very good👍👍"
Hotel Nolda
"The shower room is a little small, but I was able to stay there without any inconvenience. It is a little far from the station, but it is close to the bus stop."
