We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at Hotel Grace La Margna St. Moritz, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The team made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Every interaction reflected professionalism paired with sincere hospitality. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable, offering a perfect balance of modern luxury and classic alpine charm. The cleanliness, amenities, and attention to detail were outstanding, making it a pleasure to relax after a day exploring St. Moritz. The hotel’s location is also excellent—convenient yet peaceful, with stunning surroundings that added to the overall experience. Whether enjoying the ambiance within the hotel or stepping out to explore, everything felt seamless. This stay was a perfect transit stop on our journey to St. Moritz, and it left us thoroughly impressed. Grace La Margna truly delivers five-star comfort, service, and elegance. Since it's newly renovated, everything is brand new. From the staff's check-in to the interior of the hotel, everything was impeccable. There's even a music bar right outside the hotel, perfect for evening entertainment. The breakfast was fantastic.

Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area.

Hotel is located upslope so it will be better to have a car if you have many heavy luggages. About 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Hotel room is very comfortable and cozy. There's hot water kettle and fridge. Hotel also has a nice pool and sauna facilities. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though without a balcony or much view. Though the rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast and it has a decent selection of Swiss breakfast stables like eggs (scrambled and soft boiled), cheese, pastries, bread, sausages, cereal, mueseli, yogurt, fruits, etc. If you ask, the hotel also has gluten-free bread and vegan milk (oat or soy) for no additional charge. The service throughout the property is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced (by Swiss standards). A few points for improvement - (1) the hotel should make it easier for guests to identify and find the driver of the pickup service. The person picking us up was not holding any sign or possessing anything that indicates his affiliation with the hotel (because of that, we saw another couple almost missing the shuttle), (2) the gym doesn't have much equipment (e.g. no treadmill) and whatever it has is quite old, and (3) the scrambled eggs were rubbery and almost inedible after being left in the heated tray for too long. Suggest that the hotel makes smaller batches so they always stay moist. Seems to be a common problem of Swiss breakfasts due to what I would assume to be high labour cost. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this lovely, cozy hotel.

The hostel is located at a very beautiful location. Please look out for bus timings as the frequency is very less.

More than expected. I was pleasantly disappointed.

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
