The hot spring water is clear and the temperature is hot, making people feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. 度假村風景宜人，入住的房間挺滿意，適合親子游和團建，服務員的小姐姐們很熱情親切，附近好像衹有一家農家樂可用餐，到熱鬧的村鎮上開車大概要15分鐘🕰️

Space Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.  The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah! When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides). Stand-outs:  + the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken! + the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland! + kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

The hardware facilities are consistent with the graphic description, but the reservation information clearly states that there is an indoor swimming pool. When we arrived, they said that the swimming pool was closed. The disposable slippers were wet and could not be used, so they asked for two more pairs of slippers. The first time I called the customer service, they replied that there were no slippers in the room? They still needed to be delivered. I waited for an hour but no one delivered them. I called again and asked again. After a long time, someone finally came to deliver them, and they only delivered one pair. When did I have to file an application report to use disposable supplies when I checked in? Breakfast was served at 8 o'clock. It was normal for many people to come during the Chinese New Year, so it would be unreasonable if the food was not increased. After eating, I wanted the room to deliver two more bottles of water, and they said each bottle was 2 yuan. I believe that with such frugal service, the turnover of your hotel will surely flourish.

The room is spacious and clean in all aspects. The only drawback is that the front desk has to go to the back to copy information, which is not so convenient, especially when you are in a hurry. I feel that we still have to provide convenience to the guests. We can’t do anything. It must be completed before the business center gets off work. It needs to be improved.

Facilities: The hotel is very large, and the decoration is also very exquisite ~ with a lot of things included. Room: The courtyard room I chose is very comfortable, on the first floor, with a large courtyard. It is so comfortable to listen to the sound of rain hitting the banana leaves when it is raining! Hot spring: The hot spring is also great, there are many pools with different temperatures, very comfortable, it should be from 9:30 in the morning to 10:00 in the evening, and the hot spring also comes with free lockers, bathing, and sauna, which is really good

It was originally a stack, but it helped me upgrade to a single-family house, which is super nice! The yard is so big, you can play badminton! The living room is also large and can accommodate 10 of us. In addition, the weather is very good, and it is not cold when you soak in the hot springs, which is very comfortable! All in all, good reviews! Hygiene: Hygiene is clean and simple! I saw them replace the sheets I was using and said they were wrinkled! Environment: Very beautiful, Chinese architectural style, very grand! The green area is large and the eyes are full of green! Service: The butler service is good and responsive to all requests!

The room is clean and tidy, focusing on a leisure self-driving trip. I had a barbecue in the yard with my friends at night, the children soaked in the hot springs, and the mountain breeze blew in with some wine. The comfort washed away the usual anxiety and busyness. After charging, they will continue to work hard at their respective posts after the holiday. The boss's service is very important. The service is very good and very enthusiastic. Come here every morning to deliver breakfast, which is also very rich. Will come again next time.
