GGuest UserThe hotel is bigger than expected, with special cave hot springs, indoor hot springs, and large hot spring pools. The surrounding natural environment is very good, and you can see the starry sky at night.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a parking lot. In addition, the hotel can go to the starry sky cable car event for the same day to cooperate with me. The dinner for the same day will be provided within 15 minutes. The staff is also very polite.

JJanI stayed at Qingfengyuan again this year. I feel very good. The service is － flow. I especially thank Oriyama, Makino, Yo and Itsubo san for arranging transportation, check-in, tourism and food for many of us. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserFar from train station. Difficult to get to by public transport but that is the beauty of it. We got a transfer with the hotel (additional charges). Had to get a friend to translate emails into japanese to send to the hotel. All the staff we encountered in Nov 2018 were polite and welcoming but do not speak english at all. The Google translation app is very useful to get around the language barrier. Small, quiet and beautiful place! Quite literately surrounded by mountains.
