During my stay in Hirugami No-Mori, Ito-San went above and beyond to ensure that our experience at your onsen/hotel was a memorable one. Despite the language barrier, Ito-san's attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in navigating the area made a significant difference in my stay. Her use of Google Translate to communicate with us was impressive and demonstrated her dedication to providing top-notch service. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills, which were evident in every interaction I had with her. Her talent is remarkable, and I hope that your hotel will continue to support and develop her professionally. Breakfast and dinner are very good! The food materials are fresh.

When my wife suddenly searched for the starry sky, I was able to take the inn of Mito Tsukishita. It was a very satisfying trip with hospitality to the lady general, Nakai, star sommelier, and everyone. The starry sky was cloudy at first and I couldn't see it, but as the sommelier said, the weather in the mountains was easy to change and when I went to see it again, the natural planetarium spread out and it was so beautiful that I forgot the time.

Far from train station. Difficult to get to by public transport but that is the beauty of it. We got a transfer with the hotel (additional charges). Had to get a friend to translate emails into japanese to send to the hotel. All the staff we encountered in Nov 2018 were polite and welcoming but do not speak english at all. The Google translation app is very useful to get around the language barrier. Small, quiet and beautiful place! Quite literately surrounded by mountains.
