The hotel is a walk from the lake; near Matsuzaki Railway Station. Thanks to the reception staff and restaurant service staff, even in the face of foreign passengers who do not speak Japanese at all, they patiently communicate and introduce; the quality of catering and service is really great!

The service is great only at night because the Japanese-style room is sleeping on the ground and I woke up in the morning to find that the cold food and hot springs are very good. The people are very kind and I went there because the baby accidentally forgot on the bus and then the hotel waiter helped Sent me to the bus stop and found someone to help make the bed after I finished eating at night, the breakfast service and the pick-up were very punctual

Although the location is remote, the hot spring hotels are generally far from the city. Looking at the lake view, the hot spring is super positive. The waiter's attitude is first-class and the dinner is rich. Although the breakfast is worse than expected, it is also ok.

Facilities: First! Loud reminder: This Japanese-style single room has a wash basin on the balcony, no bathroom 🛀🚽, go to the toilet to go to the public restroom in the aisle Environment: The historic hot spring area, there is a beautiful river outside the door, and the red leaves on the mountain are pleasing to the eye. Walking around, I also saw many traditional shops, and there is a violin museum next door worth seeing. There are also red leaves around the hotel, especially the sight of red leaves outside the balcony reflected in the mirror made me ignore the inconvenience of no toilet. Service: An additional hot spring fee of 150 yen was charged at check-in, and a pajamas and disposable items were provided. The hotel's hot spring pool is not big and there are not many people. The hotel has a car to provide a scheduled round-trip pick-up and drop-off from jr Cangji Station. Please see the official website for 2 times a day. The room is very formal with tea boxes filled with tea sets, as well as local specialties of white rabbit snacks, the details are in place

The location is so good for the price. However, there is no place to eat around, so it is difficult. There is no hot spring, but hot spring water is available in the bathtub

Cleanliness: There was dust, but I think it's clean. Location: It's a bit far from Kurayoshi Station or Mass Village, but in the case of a station, you can provide a pick-up service and you can go to Mass Village by bus without difficulty. Service: All the staff were friendly. Facilities: The building was a bit old, but there was no big problem with staying. Hot spring: I think the water was clean. I was a little surprised at first because I had to look into the floor well. Similarly, the hot spring facilities were a bit old, but there was no big problem.
