"I like the decoration style of Lavande. I used to live on a business trip. This time I brought my wife and children to live together. The facilities are complete and the hotel looks like. The front desk includes waiters from all parties and the service attitude is very good. During the Spring Festival, the room was tight and all were booked. Unfortunately, I didn't experience the service of upgrading the room."

"The hotel is very nice looking and very clean. The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. The check-in process went quickly and smoothly. Breakfast had a good variety and was good. "The room was quite spacious with excellent natural light and a wide-open view from the window. The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance."

"They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied."

"We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, five stars all the way! The room was incredibly spacious, making our family feel right at home. The unbeatable sea view right outside the window, with the beautiful silhouette of Bijia Mountain in the distance, offered picturesque scenery morning and night. What truly stood out was the hotel's service—warm, attentive, and highly responsive from check-in to check-out. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to the sun and mountain views was simply perfect. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit!"

"first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible."
