"Facilities: All OK, relatively smart. Environment: Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Service: Overall, it's quite good, but there are some gaps in the management process. I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating."

"The hotel is very new overall, and the decor is quite upscale. The service is excellent, and the room directly faces the water park, offering a fantastic view. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities are also very new. Breakfast was diverse, and we paid an additional 49 yuan for two adults and one child. The swimming pool and hot spring on the upper floor were quite clean, and great for photos, perfect for families with kids. The shower area even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. However, the room isn't very spacious, but considering everything, the value for money is still pretty good. Overall, it was a great experience."

The sound insulation of the room is online, although it is close to the business district, the house is very quiet. The buffet breakfast is full of hot dishes, noodles, porridge, and side dishes. You can eat in the morning and then start the whole day."

I ended up finding a parking spot across the street myself. They started renovations very early in the morning, with electric drills going off and disturbing my sleep. Our family of five—my parents and 22-month-old baby—booked the most expensive suite and double room for their comfort, but it was completely unsound. Around 1 AM, the people next door started showering and running water, followed by a woman's loud shouting. The baby woke up and cried, and my parents and I were also awakened. We were all incredibly embarrassed, enduring the noise until after 3 AM. It was truly a case of paying the highest price for a disgusting night! Other aspects were okay, though. There was no dedicated parking, so we had to find a spot on the street nearby. The service was unsatisfactory. We paid extra for a room with breakfast included, which started at 7 AM. When we went downstairs before 8 AM, the milk was gone. "Cleanliness: The carpet was absolutely filthy and caked with grime. There were cockroach-sized bugs crawling on the floor and walls, and even in the bedding, not to mention stray hairs everywhere. Facilities: The furniture was falling apart; table and chair legs were wobbly, clearly held together by scraps of paper stuffed into the screw holes as makeshift repairs. Large sections of paint were peeling off the walls, and the room was leaking water. The staff informed us that none of the rooms have window screens, with the absurd justification that 'you don't need to open windows for ventilation.' Ambiance: The entire building felt like it hadn't been updated since the 1980s. The air conditioning emitted a strange, foul odor, and the room itself reeked of decades of accumulated grease and stale smells. Service: The staff's attitude was appalling. We were told, 'you can't view a room unless you've booked it,' and 'no cancellations.' Even when the booking platform clearly stated free cancellation within 30 minutes, they flat-out refused, saying 'we won't allow it.' When questioned about anything, the answer was consistently 'NO, NO, NO.' It felt less like a hotel and more like an unwelcoming, run-down guesthouse from the 80s. The room had a persistent water leak that dripped and gurgled throughout the night, alternating between a steady trickle and an annoying drip, keeping me awake. At check-out, I overheard other guests complaining about similar water leaks in their rooms. How on earth did this place get a four-star rating?"

"Our experience at the newly opened Bijia Mountain Villa exceeded expectations – fantastic value for money, making it a top choice for families with kids! The location is superb, directly facing Oriental Happy Water Park and diagonally opposite Bijia Mountain. We stayed in a high-floor sea-view room in VIP Building 3, where we could enjoy the water park's night view and fireworks from our room, and it wasn't damp at all. The entire room was smart-enabled, and the 39-square-meter space was well-designed. The hardware and various small details were all high-quality. The public facilities were a pleasant surprise, featuring a kids' play area (Taoqi Bao), a saltwater swimming pool, and both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. A big bonus: the kids' play area and pool are open until 9 PM, which is perfect for letting kids burn off energy, especially compared to many family-friendly hotels that close much earlier. The breakfast quality was good, though there was a queue during peak hours. The 98 RMB per person buffet dinner was a convenient option for families with kids. The staff were genuinely friendly, parking in the resort was easy, and there was a shuttle bus available. The only minor drawback: housekeeping was short-staffed on summer weekends, leading to a longer wait for the room upon check-in. The water park wasn't originally part of our plans but turned out to be a wonderful bonus. For those visiting Jinzhou to enjoy the water, explore Bijia Mountain, and have a one-stop experience for dining, lodging, and entertainment, I highly recommend this place!"
