"Highly recommended, 10/10! This place is perfect for families with kids. The resort has a huge lawn and a crystal-clear outdoor pool – my children played all afternoon and didn't want to leave. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft, and it's well-soundproofed, so the little ones slept soundly at night. The accompanying intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall is a unique touch, allowing us to experience traditional culture while enjoying our stay. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, proactively helping with luggage and quickly responding to any requests. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is served until 11 am, making it stress-free and comfortable for family trips. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Jinzhou next time."

The bedding was very clean, and the pillows were quite comfortable! It really changed my impression of Orange Hotels. The Crystal room after the upgrade was indeed very nice! The Wi-Fi was terrible; my computer couldn't connect, and connecting my phone to the Wi-Fi with my computer severely hampered my work. At 3 AM, a loud, intermittent banging noise woke me up. After I checked out, the staff called back asking for a good review. I'll never stay at their place again unless they give me a very positive review."

"I do not recommend this hotel. When I booked through Ctrip, the hotel stated that pets were allowed free of charge. However, upon arrival, they said there would be a 20 yuan cleaning fee. I want to clarify that this fee wasn't listed on Ctrip. If it had, my booking would have meant I agreed to pay. The fact that they didn't list it and then suddenly demanded payment violates consumer rights laws. They put me in a room on the first floor, which was incredibly damp and had a terrible smell. What's most infuriating is that when I went to sleep, I discovered a large hole in the duvet cover. It was so late that I didn't look for the hotel, and when I checked out the next day, the staff hadn't even gotten up yet. It was a truly terrible experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again!"

"The Worst 4-Star Hotel I've Ever Stayed At 1. The in-room phone, as pictured, lacked any labels or instructions, making it impossible to even contact the front desk. 2. The faucet in the room was broken, spewing scalding hot water. After it was 'repaired,' it ran for ages without producing any hot water. 3. The pillows and duvet smelled musty. 4. Breakfast was abysmal – no fried eggs, no noodles, no fruit. It was infinitely worse than anything I'd make at home. 5. The parking lot, though large, was blocked by bollards, preventing taxis from entering. Guests had to walk out to catch a taxi. The only redeeming quality was the room service. It wasn't expensive, and one cuttlefish dish was actually quite good. However, it stopped service before 8 PM."

After making two phone calls to the front desk, they kindly brought over an electric heater, which was quite good; the room was warm enough without opening the door. The shower water was only slightly warmer than body temperature, but the toilet seat was still quite hot. The front desk insisted on checking out by 1 PM the next day, otherwise they would charge me the room rate. After I angrily complained about the above, and after consulting with their superiors, they finally agreed to my request to check out at 2 PM. The room rate is comparable to New World Department Store; the service and facilities should be comparable too!"

"I rarely review hotels, but this time I'm going to share my thoughts. I didn't have high expectations for hotels in Northeast China, but overall I was deeply disappointed. On my first day, I dropped off my luggage and headed to the tourist attractions without checking everything. In the middle of the night, I went to the restroom and found a cigarette butt. Since it was just me and my child, it was either from the previous occupant or someone else who had been there. Overall, the cleanliness was very poor. The next day, I told the front desk to clean it properly, but when I returned the next afternoon, I still found the cigarette butt in the restroom. On the third day, I asked to move and was given a room next door. I was also in a hurry to get to the tourist attractions. When I went to bed that night, I discovered the air conditioning wasn't working, and I broke out in a sweat. I have nothing to say about this hotel. They offered no apology or apology whatsoever. It was a terrible experience, and their service was completely lacking. Furthermore, the hotel is next to the Four Seasons Hotel, sharing a parking lot, making it difficult to find a parking space."

They charged me 80 yuan for check-out. Black shop! Because I sat on his bed, he didn't even open the quilt! He said that the pillow was wrinkled after sitting on the bed, so he wouldn't let me cancel. In order to prevent me from canceling, he changed me to another room. "Our experience at the newly opened Bijia Mountain Villa exceeded expectations – fantastic value for money, making it a top choice for families with kids! The location is superb, directly facing Oriental Happy Water Park and diagonally opposite Bijia Mountain. We stayed in a high-floor sea-view room in VIP Building 3, where we could enjoy the water park's night view and fireworks from our room, and it wasn't damp at all. The entire room was smart-enabled, and the 39-square-meter space was well-designed. The hardware and various small details were all high-quality. The public facilities were a pleasant surprise, featuring a kids' play area (Taoqi Bao), a saltwater swimming pool, and both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. A big bonus: the kids' play area and pool are open until 9 PM, which is perfect for letting kids burn off energy, especially compared to many family-friendly hotels that close much earlier. The breakfast quality was good, though there was a queue during peak hours. The 98 RMB per person buffet dinner was a convenient option for families with kids. The staff were genuinely friendly, parking in the resort was easy, and there was a shuttle bus available. The only minor drawback: housekeeping was short-staffed on summer weekends, leading to a longer wait for the room upon check-in. The water park wasn't originally part of our plans but turned out to be a wonderful bonus. For those visiting Jinzhou to enjoy the water, explore Bijia Mountain, and have a one-stop experience for dining, lodging, and entertainment, I highly recommend this place!"
