HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time.
It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review.
Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China).
They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer.
Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful!
As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration.
If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

The rooms are clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, and well-equipped, making people feel particularly comfortable. The hotel's dining is also very delicious, rich in variety, to meet the needs of different tastes. In addition, the hotel's location is excellent, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and travel is very convenient. The hotel has parking lots and charging piles, parking is very convenient. In short, this is a very satisfying hotel, highly recommended to everyone! I hope the hotel can always maintain such a high standard and look forward to staying again next time!

YYujianjingfengThe biggest advantage of the hotel is very close to the scenic spot: opposite the entrance of the hotel is the scenic ticket hall, and the right turn 150 meters from the hotel is the ticket gate;
The most prominent characteristics of the hotel are: warm service, good environment, good hotel lobby and room hygiene;
The biggest feature of the hotel is that the daily breakfast is not repeated for a week and is delivered to the room by the staff (the first time I met).
This hotel is especially recommended for visiting Bijia Mountain.

DDjed SpenceI had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

LLushang50Jinzhou transit, there are not many parking spaces in the hotel, parked in the parking lot not far from the side, the room size is OK, facing the street but fortunately the glass is soundproof, relatively clean and tidy, overall OK.

JJiaxin66Flying to Shanghai on June 15th, and then driving all the way home, Jinzhou was the perfect last stop! Jinzhou truly warmed our hearts. Cindy at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our children's needs. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and our stay was very comfortable; we felt right at home. The bubble tea shop even gave us an extra drink! As this trip draws to a close, we'll cherish the beautiful sights and warm memories, looking forward to our next adventure. 🍀🍭

GGuest UserThey don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
