Jinzhou Hotels with Parking

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is very close to the scenic spot: opposite the entrance of the hotel is the scenic ticket hall, and the right turn 150 meters from the hotel is the ticket gate; The most prominent characteristics of the hotel are: warm service, good environment, good hotel lobby and room hygiene; The biggest feature of the hotel is that the daily breakfast is not repeated for a week and is delivered to the room by the staff (the first time I met). This hotel is especially recommended for visiting Bijia Mountain.

I booked the room for two days. The first day was fine. The room was on the 19th floor and you could see the outside view. The equipment is also very perfect. After going out the next day, I returned to the room at night and didn’t clean up anything. The housekeeping staff did not clean the room, that is, did not clean up the garbage, did not clean up the bed, did not do simple cleaning, did not change two water, and the towels were not replaced. The next day’s service did nothing. The fee should be deducted because there is no service for the next day. Trip.com should pay special attention to the service that the hotel can provide. There was also a faucet hanging wall installation, fell off, almost crushed me, I had to put it back. I don't want to tell the hotel to follow up, let him. This is a management problem, which made me very disappointed and deducted a lot of points.

The hotel's overall decor is very stylish, and the room environment is also good. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes great. The service is warm and attentive. The only downside is that it was a bit chilly during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy the hotel's pool. I'll definitely book again if I have the chance.

The overall experience of this stay exceeded expectations and must be five-star praise! The location of the hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding eating, shopping, taxi are very convenient, travel and play save time and effort. The lobby environment is clean and elegant, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, and it feels very comfortable as soon as you enter the door. When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and polite, the procedures were very fast, and the questions were answered patiently and meticulously, and the demand response was particularly timely. The rooms were cleaned very clean and tidy, there was no smell, and the hygiene details were done in place. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is just right, the pillows are very comfortable, the sound insulation effect is very good, the night is very quiet, and the sleep is particularly relaxed after the tired journey. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is fast, water pressure is sufficient, toiletries are complete, home appliances are running normally, air conditioning cooling and heating effect is very good, and the TV network is smooth and not stuck. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, a combination of Chinese and Western, fresh and delicious dishes, porridge, snacks, and fruits are all available, and I am very satisfied with the meal. The cleaning aunt's service is intimate and thoughtful, and the public areas are always clean and tidy. The price is really high and the value for money is excellent. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I travel on business, I really recommend it to everyone!

The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops. Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures. Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty. Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed. I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us.

Booked this for my dad. Driving back in Jinzhou was a great way to experience the local culture. The hotel is a little far from the bustling area, but the quality of Jinjiang Inn is undeniable. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

Our family of three stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. The boss was very good. He upgraded our room to a suite for free. We also prepared peanuts, melon seeds and fruits in the lobby. We prepared hand-packed dumplings for us on the first morning of the first day. We felt the warmth of home. Must like it.

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.

Found a hidden gem! Both art lovers and those with a kleptomaniac bent on this place! This B&B completely exceeded my expectations. I was captivated the moment I walked in—the overall feel was effortlessly artistic. The warm floor lamps featured niche illustrations, and even the patterns on the throw pillows were ingenious, yet without the awkward, internet-famous feel of a boutique. It felt like staying at a friend's house. The amenities are truly remarkable. The projector is incredibly clear, making watching movies in bed at night feel like being in a private theater. All the appliances and toiletries are brand new, without the tired, old B&B feel. The most surprising thing was the value for money. Compared to other hotels in the same area and with similar amenities, which often cost over a thousand yuan, this one cost half the price of a plane ticket. It was a steal! Although it's located in an older residential area and requires climbing stairs, it was incredibly quiet. I was woken by the sun in the morning, not by noise. The room was spotlessly clean, even the bathroom was spotless. I've already bookmarked this place and will definitely stay here next time I'm in this city!
