"The hotel is relatively new, and the overall environment is good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay: 1. There's no nightlight in the bathroom, so I had to grope in the dark several times during the night. The one-button switch is a good idea, but the bathroom really needs a separate light switch. 2. The pillows were very uncomfortable. They were all too soft and flattened out as soon as I lay down, offering no support for my neck. I ended up with a stiff neck and had to get up several times in the middle of the night to try and adjust them, but it never helped. 3. For a new hotel, the TV surprisingly had no power. They tried to fix it for a long time, but it still didn't work. Also, the kettle's plug didn't work for a long time after I plugged it in."
