Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

The hotel overall exceeded expectations. The pick-up service was very considerate. The room was clean and tidy. The toiletries were also very good. I didn’t need to bring my own~
The breakfast is very rich, and the rice noodles, wontons, etc. are freshly made and taste good.

Nice hotel, because I have to bring my dog with me, I didn't compare the price with other hotels. Pet friendly, no deposit or extra fees required, of course, pay attention to dog hygiene and don't damage items.
The room is very nice, clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete and useful. The supplies are free and the charges are clear. Self-driving, there is a small yard at the door, there are not many parking spaces, but parking is very convenient. There seems to be an underground garage, but I haven’t experienced it yet.

Out of the hotel is the gate of the scenic area, which is very convenient. The only thing that complains is that there may be fewer service staff and what is needed. It takes a long time to call the front desk to deliver it.
Breakfast is OK, lunch and dinner are a la carte, the chef is good at craftsmanship, the taste is OK, when there are many people, dinner is also a buffet, almost meaningless than a la carte. There is a living area at the gate of the parking lot, and there are also food to buy, snacks are mainly, and there is a terrace barbecue in summer.
The scenic spot is also very beautiful, there are two ring lines of size and two roads. If you want to play a rail car, you can only take the big ring mountain climbing. After climbing, the track + glass bridge + dry skiing + water skiing directly to the end. Going to the small ring online is the glass bridge + dry skiing + water skiing to the end. The cableway has a small loop line, and the water skiing can be connected to the rafting project in summer.

2. For lunch, the front desk asked me to ask the cafeteria, and the cafeteria asked me to go out and ask the restaurant next door. Everything is outsourced.
3. Hot springs. The hotel is called a hot spring hotel, but it is far away from the hot spring area. It costs an extra 68 per ticket and is only available for one entry and exit on the same day. The hotel does not directly reach the hot springs.
4. The first room was very damp and it took a long time to change rooms.
5. Service sense. How should I describe it? The way people in Shanzhou speak is quite… as if you don’t need to bother them.
6. Water quality. All three rooms have dregs of water. There is dregs and dirt coming out directly. I dare not take a shower.
7. Entertainment. The hotel itself has absolutely no entertainment. There is no concept of vacation. Going to the hot spring area next door, which you have to buy tickets for separately, the arrangement is very unreasonable. A bunch of people are crowded in one area to change clothes. I asked if I could change to a locker, and the answer was ”no”.
