Good experience except you cant help but feel that they trying to sqeeze every cent out of you (we were charged extra for a cooked egg at the breakfast buffet + there seem to be very few free services. Other than that service was great and friendly

Booked Shancui half a year in advance. All aspects of the hotel make people feel very comfortable. First of all, the location is excellent. It is 300 meters away from the tourist center. If the bus goes there, it is no problem to walk there even if you have luggage. It is all downhill. The hotel also has a car to pick up. The room I stayed in faced Mount Yotei and the other room faced the birch forest in the ski resort. The scenery was great. The sanitation was in place. One day, they helped me wash the cups in the sink. The details were also very clean. The design style of the hotel is also very pleasing. The whole is dark. When it snows, the patio in the middle is particularly beautiful. Then during the day, when you open the curtains, the outside is white and the light reflected into the house is also very soft. Because the color tone of the room is gray and warm gray, the only thing is that the lighting does not feel bright enough at night. When cooking and eating in the room, the light does not feel sufficient. Although the breakfast is similar every day, each category has high quality. I stayed for five consecutive days and did not get tired of it. Bread and butter can still be eaten. The biggest feature of the hotel should be the service. 24-hour Chinese, and there is a free shuttle bus that only needs to be booked one day in advance to go to the two supermarkets in the town. The restaurants nearby are very delicious. One day I wanted to go to the little red dot to buy stickers. Uber couldn't get a taxi at all, so I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. It's a flat rate, 300 RMB for a 3km round trip, so it's so convenient that the hotel provides free car service.

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

Despite this, the hotel made special arrangements for a staff member to assist us with check-in, which was incredibly helpful. To our pleasant surprise, we also received a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We were provided with a coffee machine along with complimentary capsules, tea bags, and even drinks like cola and green tea. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel also offered free laundry services, including the use of washing machines and dryers, with detergent provided—an amazing convenience for travelers. A special mention goes to the general manager, Bang, who was very friendly and accommodating. He offered us a late check-out, especially after some unexpected issues we faced the previous night. The view from our room was also wonderful, overlooking Mt Annupri Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

It is a great hotel and the staffs are all so helpful and friendly. My 1st time staying here and totally love it. Breakfast are really great!! Hotel provide free private pickup & drop off service. The location is good, not far from the shopping area. The room is clean, but each three-bedroom and two-bedroom suite has a room without a window, which is very stuffy and feels a bit hypoxic when sleeping in it. The hotel's food and beverage is very ordinary, and there are no facilities for small children around. The big kids can slide in and out, which is very convenient. It is recommended to choose a large hotel for children under 7 years old.

Take the white bus from New Chitose Airport (domestic arrival point) (need to buy tickets on the website in advance) for about 2 hours, rest for 10 minutes on the way to Hirafu Welcome Center, then take the free bus (free bus will stop at every hotel, about 5 stops, all on the way) to HANAZONO and get off. The hotel is right next to it (free bus runs every 20 minutes, every 8, such as 12:08, 12:28, 12:48). Transportation is still very convenient. There are paid buses from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. 2. The hotel is newly opened, very new, the room has no odor, the decoration style is simple, stylish and intelligent. 3. The room is equipped with a coffee machine. It is very comfortable to sit in the room and look at the scenery outside the window and drink coffee. There are many varieties of tea. Purified water and ice cubes are available in the corridor of the room. 4. The hotel has a restaurant and bar connected together. The breakfast is fresh, and the Hokkaido corn soup, fish roe rice, and curry rice are really delicious. It would be better to add a Japanese restaurant for dinner. It is unbearable to eat buffet every day. Next door is the Park Hyatt Hotel, which has 5 restaurants, but you have to make reservations in advance with a credit card, otherwise you will not be able to have a big meal. You can also take the free bus to eat at restaurants outside. The ski center near the hotel also has a restaurant with simple meals, coffee, red wine, and is open until 19:00 in the evening. 5. The hotel has a free ski equipment management center, which is skiing in and out of the hotel. There is a niss snowsports school at 308 next to it. There are ski coaches from all over the world, and children can be completely handed over to the coaches. Adults and children ski separately. The ski resort is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced players. The overall skiing atmosphere is very good. 6. The hotel has a canteen where you can buy some snacks, instant noodles and the like. Anyway, I will go there next year.

It was an amazing stay! The room was big and clean, we liked their toiletries ( such as skin care products) The huge bonus was a private onsen😍 it's a must after skiing, but even if you don't have one, you can use a shared one downstairs 👌 Breakfast was quite good and we really enjoyed how close the hotel is to the slope, you can actually see it from the window They also have lockers for your ski gear which is so convenient Overall highly recommend to stay 👍
