"From the entrance to the room and even the smallest details, the interior design is very tastefully subdued. The room windows are large, and even though I had a mountain view, it felt very spacious. The hot spring on the second floor also had relaxing, subdued lighting. However, it might have just been my luck, but on the day I stayed, there were many families with children. The front desk during check-in and check-out, as well as the second floor, were overflowing with people. Even with three elevators, it was impossible to get on, leading to waits of over 10 minutes. I've never encountered such a situation at other hotels, so that was my only complaint. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"Setsu is a must-visit hotel in Niseko! Its location is perfect for summer, being close to the sports centre. Frankly, there’s limited information online about Niseko summer activities. So I emailed Setsu to check the itinerary, which wasn’t related to our stay but they promptly responded and sent us all the information to help us plan. They were also incredibly kind to pick us up from Kutchen station, which we hadn’t expected. We especially wanted to thank Satonshi for his warm welcome and preparation. He truly elevated our entire accommodation experience at Setsu. Don’t miss their breakfast – it’s fresh, generous portions and delicious! The atmosphere is relaxing and modern. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable in a traditional Japanese style. We highly recommend trying the public onsen and gym as well. We absolutely loved our stay at Setsu!"

"An unforgettable experience, the view of Mt. Yotei is so spectacular! It is right next to the ski resort entrance, the room is very spacious and the hotel buffet breakfast is of excellent quality. It is worth noting that the hotel’s own parking lot has limited space and requires payment, which can be reserved. The disadvantage is that there is an odor in the food waste recycling bin."

"We booked standard rooms at $600 AUD per night .. they forgot to mention that these rooms are basement level with a window looking up to the road .. they also forgot to mention that these rooms are next to the staff room, the laundry, the maintenance room so everyday we had bags and bags of laundry and loads of noise by the staff. The smell was outrageous and terrible!!! For $600 per night … not worth the money at all !!"

"The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory! For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort. If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used) Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority. If there is no car, consider the convenience of entry and exit."

"I was lucky to be able to book a youth hostel for just over 1,000 yuan in Niseko during the peak season. The hotel is a youth hostel, with a room dedicated to ski equipment. Free pick-up can be booked at Kutchan Station, and there is a fixed free shuttle bus to the ski resort every morning. It is a bit far from the ski resort and the center of Hirafu, and it takes about 15 minutes by car to get there. There is a 711 opposite the hotel, which is quite convenient."

"Overall, the service was excellent, apart from the Japanese restaurant being a bit pricey. Muwa definitely offers the convenience of ski-in/ski-out, but if you want to dine out on Hirafu's main street in the evening, it's a bit far, and their shuttle bus running every half hour is too infrequent. Additionally, while the room rates are quite high, the facilities inside are indeed excellent."

"The room is impeccable. Every part of the room was well thought up and the user experience was amazing. We loved the separate toilet and shower area. The shower had an attached vanity area which was perfect for doing skincare and makeup. There was also USB-A and USB-C in addition to the japan socket at the bedside table. The room was really spacious and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the room looking at the views of Mt Yotei and also watching barbie movies on the huge tv screen. The housekeeping comes daily so the room always feels clean and neat. The location of the resort is quite far from civilisation but in exchange, you get amazing views and a premium experience at the resort. Do note that driving to the resort at night is quite scary as the road is completely dark and you can only rely on your car light and the occasional reflective street arrows. There is an underground carpark and street level carpark depending on which you prefer. The breakfast selection is quite limited but the ingredients were fresh and there was even a charcuterie board. Depending on the day, they either have a buffet type breakfast or a menu type breakfast where you can select between japanese or western breakfast. There are vegetarian options available too, just communicate to the receptionist upon checking in. A hotel guest gets access to the public onsen and as we went during summer, it was basically a private onsen for us. They also provided yukatas to wear to the onsen. Overall highly recommend if your travel schedule is not super packed as it’s a perfect place to relax and our experience was great. Shoutout to the amazing receptionist Anna."

"Skiing experience at Niseko Keys Hotel: warm service, luxurious rooms, and worry-free skiing in and out! The service can be called "the savior of skiers' needs": the butler follows up on the equipment and routes throughout the whole process, hot drinks in the morning and warm soup at night are all available, and even the skin care details are thoughtful. The room is a paradise for post-snow healing: the floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views face the ski slopes, the floor heating is matched with Japanese Nordic style design, the bathroom is fully equipped with anti-drying supplies, and the private balcony steams sauna to relieve fatigue directly. The most amazing thing is the seamless connection between skiing in and out: the ski equipment room leads directly to the entrance of the ski slope, and it takes 10 seconds to reach the ski resort. After skiing, the butler will pick up the board and hand over hot towels when you return to the hotel. Novices can also directly make an appointment with the coach to teach downstairs from the room. There is no tossing throughout the whole process, leaving time for skiing and rest, and the experience is directly maximized! Come to Niseko to ski, stay here~❄️"

"We used this hotel for our last trip as a couple before the baby arrives, and also as a gift to celebrate my husband's work anniversary. We decided to go on this trip on short notice, just three days before departure, so we didn't do much research. However, everyone was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for nearby places, making it such a wonderful trip that we even considered extending our stay! 😭 I've traveled a lot, but the staff's hospitality and service were by far the best I've ever experienced! I don't drive much, so I apologize for asking for so many transfers! 💦 Next time, I want to bring not only our baby but also my parents! It's become such a favorite place! The washing machine was available, and the large public bath was private and uncrowded – absolutely fantastic! I also loved the shampoo and other amenities; I hope they'll sell them someday! 💓 We'll definitely come back! Thank you so much!"
