GlobetrotterlawyerThis is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants. Service was impeccable. They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see its status and movement around town in real time. Our room was a two-bedroom unit, and it was really spacious with any and all kinds of amenities, including a washing machine, dish dryer, stove, microwave, etc... In particular, our unit was accessible to the ski slopes via a back door, and the view there was amazing. Just a few steps from the back door, we could already see the view of Mt. Yotei. The hotel also has a complimentary onsen (public and private options), which was a welcome treat after a day at the slopes. Breakfast had a lot of variety, so you can surely find something to your liking. All in all, we had a really great stay at Skye Niseko, and we willl definitely come back here the next time we're in Niseko.

My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway .
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.
I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Ki Niseko. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to the slopes, restaurants, and nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly those at the concierge, spa, and restaurant. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
The hotel amenities were also very good, with well-maintained facilities that enhanced the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the dryer, which was not as effective as expected. Aside from that minor issue, everything else exceeded expectations.
Overall, Ki Niseko delivers a high-quality stay with outstanding hospitality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

GW stevenVery spacious house. The three of us booked an apartment suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. The house was very clean. The fridge had three complimentary drinks already in it, as informed by the front desk.
The area is surrounded by hotels. We drove in the evening and parked in the underground garage, then didn't go out again. So, I'm not sure how convenient the surroundings are.
It's about a 12-minute drive to Takahashi Farm, which felt quite convenient.
It's a good hotel if you don't rely heavily on hotel services. It's great for self-sufficient travelers. The price is generally acceptable.

Guest UserGreat location for a ski-in/ski-out hotel, and it has hot springs! It's super refreshing to soak in the hot springs after skiing. The only downside is there's a short flight of stairs to get to the slopes. Also, if you stay multiple nights, they don't clean the room daily.

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving.
The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from.
If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

waynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

The room is spacious and bright, the off-season stays in the upgraded quadruple room, the sound insulation is slightly worse, there is a buffet breakfast, the dishes are rich and delicious, the service staff is good, and can speak Chinese.
