"The hotel lobby is beautiful, though the corridors smell a bit like they've just been renovated! The rooms are a bit small, suitable for skiers. Everything is hung on the walls, making it very convenient. The hotel is new, and the bedding is excellent!"

We stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for a special celebration. The room was huge and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time.
The service was truly exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and beyond our expectations.

Everything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up.

For two people, the room is relatively large in Japan. It is quite far from the ski resort, but there is a bus to pick up and drop off at fixed points. Just pay attention to the bus time. It is still very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared with surrounding areas. It is good to skate at night. If you are studious, you can take a bath both indoors and outdoors. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, you will see Mt. Yotei. It is beautiful. Breakfast is included in the room reservation, but it is not mentioned on Ctrip.

I stayed in the 5th floor penthouse with a private terrace and great view. It is not ski-in ski-out but the bases are at walking distance in about 10 minutes. The check in is done at another sister hotel a bit of a uphill walk so take your taxi directly there on arrival.

Perfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc.
The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities.
It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area.
They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

The hotel is very close to the lift chair location! It is also very convenient to walk!
The room has cooking utensils and cleaning supplies, and you can go back to cooking for shopping ingredients in the center of Shanghai.
The hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off service, no need to drag luggage back to the hotel.

GW stevenVery spacious house. The three of us booked an apartment suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. The house was very clean. The fridge had three complimentary drinks already in it, as informed by the front desk.
The area is surrounded by hotels. We drove in the evening and parked in the underground garage, then didn't go out again. So, I'm not sure how convenient the surroundings are.
It's about a 12-minute drive to Takahashi Farm, which felt quite convenient.
It's a good hotel if you don't rely heavily on hotel services. It's great for self-sufficient travelers. The price is generally acceptable.

Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!
Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is really great. It is in the snow field. There is breakfast every day. The focus is on the Chinese counter. The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.
