NO PARTIES We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events. THE LAYOUT: PATIO: Tucked behind a privately fenced area, this private patio offers a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the city—yet it's right in the heart of Providence. Set on a charming cobblestone surface, the outdoor space features two cozy egg chairs and a mosaic bistro table with four chairs all surrounded by the sounds and view of this river. The secondary ramp entrance is located on the side of the apartment providing easy access for guests with mobility needs. LIVING/DINING ROOM: When you walk into this apartment you’re welcomed to exposed brick walls and oversized windows. There are two sofas—including a sleeper sofa for additional guests— that are arranged around a central coffee table. Past the built-in entertainment center is the dining table that seats 6 guests and is paired with a wooden bar stocked with a Moscow mule starter kit. KITCHEN: Just past the dining area, step into the full kitchen. Featuring stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. SLEEPING AREAS: This loft features two beautifully designed sleeping areas set against striking exposed brick walls, oversized windows, and soaring ceilings all situated beneath a continuous open ceiling that unifies the entire space creating a spacious and airy feel. (The walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling.) The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, oversized closet, desk, and additional chair, including two exits for easy access to the dining area or the full bathroom. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, and is conveniently located off the living room. BATHROOM: There is a large full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two shower heads, and double-vanity, as well as a half bath making this apartment perfect for all 6 guests. The whirlpool tub is deeper than a standard tub, so the edge is a bit higher when stepping in to use the shower. Our bathrooms come fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. Across from the bathrooms you’ll find a stackable in-unit washer and dryer for your own private use. THE BUILDING: This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have two free dedicated off-street parking spots in the driveway. This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.

It also features a full-length mirror and a custom closet that provides ample space. Everything you need for a comfortable and stylish stay in Providence—whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. BATHROOM: Situated off the bedroom the full bathroom makes the most of its footprint. A marble-top vanity sits perfectly under a mirror and is paired with a combined shower and tub. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. THE DECK: Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area and discover your own private deck—an inviting outdoor extension of the apartment. This charming space features cozy seating and a hammock chair perfect for relaxing. Surrounded by wooden fencing the gate opens up to the shared backyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment. THE SHARED BACKYARD Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors. THE BUILDING: This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses five separate short-term rental units—including this inviting first-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED! The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook/dine in, including a dishwasher, if you choose. However, there are so many great restaurants within walking distance as well. THE ESSENTIALS Take a break from exploring the City and relax in the apartment. Take in the view from the living room or while cooking in the kitchen! COOK UP A STORM: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 4 counter seats off the island. PRIVATE BEDROOMS Each bedroom is a serene private retreat, thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Nestled between the two rooms is a centrally located shared bathroom, ensuring easy access for all guests. Each bedroom boasts a luxurious medium-firm queen bed, perfectly tailored to support all sleeping styles and positions, promising a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. THE PRIVATE DECK Having your own private deck is a rare find in the City. The views of the City skyline are very nice during the day but exceptional at night! You can sit on the deck in the 2 lounger chairs or at the bistro table, you have options! THE BUILDING This apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 other apartments in the building. The apartment is equipped for up to 4 guests, and designed with a central, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot available as well.
