Travelodge Heathrow Heston M4 Westbound

Staff were excellent but room smelled musty and surfaces felt damp. Location was excellent as we were travelling back to Devon having moved our son to his new university accommodation.

We decided to stay here to be close to the airport for our flight the next day. Checkout being at 12 meant we didn’t have any hassle when our flight was delayed by nearly four hours. There was plenty of free was free parking. Despite it being near a motorway and airport, it was surprisingly quiet. The services nearby had M&S food, WHS, Greggs, Burger King and Costa. I’d stay again.

Easy to find, very near to Heathrow but also very accessible for visiting central London.. hotel Was clean, reception staff friendly and very easy to check in.. downside the hotel Is in the services

Customer service was on point especially from Mahtab and Bilaal. Made my life much easier with them around. Also enjoyed my stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Alisha is such a friendly and welcoming receptionist! She always greets everyone with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s professional, approachable, and really helpful with any questions or requests. Her positive attitude creates a great first impression, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
