"The hotel was generally clean and spacious. Unfortunately the AC was out so our room was about 80 degrees for both nights we were there. They gave us a small oscillating fan that helped a bit the second night but definitely would not have stayed here if we knew about their AC issues."

"The hotel was very good overall with good service, nice facilities and a nice family room which have recently been refurbished. The hotel was more than happy to heat up my food, good breakfast and having air conditioning which were really nice thing about this hotel.Unfortunately there were some problems such as the room card disabling each day due to it being sensitive to mobile phones and forgetting to give me, my wife and daughter’s 3 sets of towels."

"We booked just as a base while visiting our daughter and it is absolutely perfect! Ideal location! 10 minutes from bus station , 15 minutes from train station. Very clean, plenty tea, coffee, comfy bed. B. Srinivasa who was on reception when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful! Retail park just across the way with Boots, M&S, Costa amongst others! Perfect for us and would definitely book again, was very reasonably priced when I booked"
