衞生間門關不住，沒鎖釦眼，這個水平的酒店低級失誤，房間門減震墊沒有消音，關門聲音太大影響休息，隔音不好，半夜讓隔壁房間關門聲響亂起來了兩次，再沒睡好。服務人員還是很熱情的，服務也很周到，停車方便。就是房間硬件不咋地！

房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，前台笑容親切，一到前台前台小姐姐熱心的送上暖心的香巾花茶，辦理好入住還贈送銀耳馬蹄紅棗羹，特別暖心，像極了到家的感覺，而且性價比超高，設施齊全，早餐豐富，免費WiFi和停車場省心又省錢，強烈推薦！！

本人自從2018年第一次入住杭州機場的麗楓酒店開始，無論到哪裡出差，酒店的第一選擇都是麗楓酒店，這次到淮安選擇的這家麗楓酒店絕對是顛覆了我對麗楓酒店品牌的良好概念，這家酒店絕對是最差的一次體驗，總結如下，僅供參考：
衞生：極差，入户門口地毯很臟，臟到明顯的一片黑色，地毯上各種各樣的的陳年污漬，洗漱間的毛巾硬邦邦且呈灰白色
設施：1、床墊質量極差，完全不是麗楓酒店標配的床墊；2、沒有中央空調，不能利用空調進行除濕，床品散發的濃烈的黴味；3、枕頭也不是麗楓酒店標配的枕頭，睡眠感覺極差，4、房間裏配的椅子很臟，上面有煙頭燙的洞，5、凌晨被一種類似蛐蛐兒的叫聲吵醒了，開燈尋找聲源，發現蛐蛐的叫聲來自於衞生間頂棚裏面
服務：在酒店大堂辦理入住手續時點了一支煙，服務員原話：這裏不能吸煙，你出去抽吧
環境：酒店的名字是周恩來故居店，其實跟周恩來故居沒一毛錢關係，酒店位置很偏僻，出去吃飯已經去周恩來故居距離都在4公里左右，都需要打車

麗楓酒店初體驗：連鎖酒店住過不止一家，但麗楓我是第一次住，這裏給我的好感首先來自於服務，酒店工作人員服務熱情、耐心、也很貼心，我入住酒店接觸到的所有工作人員，從保安、前台接待到保潔員，都給我除了正常接待以外很貼心的關照，從創可貼到數據線，從調換物品到叫早服務，很暖心。再説説環境衞生，我因為以前從事過酒店工作，所以對入住環境有一種“職業病”似的挑剔，所謂內行看門道，我會專門關注容易被人忽視死角處衞生，那些地方如果很乾凈，其他地方就更讓人放心，結果是我很滿意！
