酒店入住體驗：細節裏的安心與貼心
先説説環境，酒店不算那種一眼驚艷的網紅款，但特別乾淨整潔，這點最戳我。大堂沒有濃烈的香薰，衹有淡淡的消毒水混着綠植的味道，很清爽。我住的是16樓的標準間，推開房門第一感覺就是“亮堂”——窗户很大，外面對着小區的綠化，沒有臨街的噪音，拉開窗簾就是一片綠，早上醒來心情都跟着好。房間裏的床單被套是那種洗得軟軟的白色，沒有一點異味和褶皺，連枕頭都分了軟硬兩個，細節很到位。衞生間乾濕分離做得徹底，地面鋪的防滑墊踩上去不硌腳，熱水來得快，水温也穩定。
周邊也很方便，步行20分鐘有個大型超市，晚上想買點水果、零食不用跑遠，樓下還有24小時營業的便利店，加班晚了回來吃碗熱麪，特別暖心。
最想誇的是前台服務，讓人覺得親切又實在。我到酒店的時候是下午1點，本來還擔心沒到入住時間要等，結果前台小姑娘笑着説“房間已經打掃好了，您直接辦入住就行”，還主動問我要不要高一點的樓層，説高層安靜、視野好。辦手續的時候，她一邊輸訊息，一邊輕聲提醒我：“電梯在左手邊，需要刷房卡才能按樓層，早餐是7點到10點，在3樓餐廳，憑房號就能進。”第二天早上我臨時要打印一份文件，前台説打印機剛好有點卡紙，讓我稍等5分鐘，還遞了杯温水過來。
總的來説，這家酒店沒有什麼“驚艷”的亮點，但環境乾淨、交通方便、服務貼心，每一個細節都很“接地氣”，讓人住得安心又踏實。下次如果再來淮安肯定還選這裏——畢竟出門在外，舒服、方便、真實，比什麼都重要。

room, with desk, sofa, automated light-blocking curtains; and comfortable bed. Well organized. Great shower area and nice bathroom. Traditional Chinese breakfast, but with coffee available. Staff is friendly. Recommended.

GGuest UserStaffs are kind and helpful. Especially the staff Bruce in front desk. He proactively introduce their services such as breakfast location and opening time. When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution.
The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy.
His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying. This exceptional experience to give me a memorable moment and leave a good impression to the hotel.

AAnonymous UserThough just a very short one but it was awesome staying at this hotel with their nice, clean, sanitized, and perfect view accomodation as well as staff service and assistance. Would have been better if might be they also have staff to attend to foreign visitors' queries, concerns, etc. Most of the time I used translator app and communication was a bit challenging. Overall and despite so, for me, it's still a highly recommended place to choose and stay upon when visiting Hongze. Xie xie ni and 'til the next visit. 😊😇

MM387749****Exceeded expectations! My wife is very satisfied! The manager also helped me deliver the takeout upstairs, and helped me delay check-out when the baby was asleep! The double bed room gave the child a happy holiday, and the relatives hosted a New Year's banquet at the hotel, the food and service They are all very satisfied. The room is clean and well-equipped with facilities. It is convenient to travel around and the overall environment is great! I will definitely recommend my friends to come again! After drinking too much at night, the front desk helped prepare honey water. It was a very considerate service and a really great experience!

Look.

TTej ErwinsThe hotel was all nice, clean, and tidy. The design and arrangement of stuff inside were simple yet pretty elegant. I was amazed and really super like the electronic and sensored toilet bowl. It was one of kind which I haven't seen and experienced so far from previous hotels I've been. It was good as well that one of their hotel staff could speak English which is an advantage for foreign visitors. My only comment for improvement are the separate fees upon arrival which were the breakfast fee and deposit fee. I believe there's nothing wrong if they could've have just included everything in the booking fee. I would love to book and stay with this hotel again in the future, hopefully. I regret I wasn't able to take photos for sharing. Keep it up!

GGuest User這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇誇這家酒店！房間也讓人驚喜，一進去就覺得特別乾淨整潔，沒有一點異味。床品很舒服，軟軟的被褥讓人躺下就不想起來，晚上睡得特別香。而且房間裏設施齊全，空調製冷很快，熱水也很足，洗澡特別暢快。最值得一提的是服務，從入住到退房，工作人員都特別熱情周到。前台辦理手續速度很快，打掃房間的阿姨也很細心，東西擺放得整整齊齊，還會主動詢問要不要補充洗漱用品。周邊有美食街，吃飯非常方便。隔音也挺好的。總之，這是一次非常棒的入住體驗，性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏，也推薦給打算來這邊的朋友們！
