Nice hotel room with living room. Emergency route is clearly stated everywhere. Staffs are friendly. Braised meat rice served during breakfast was nice, better than the one i had in any night market! :)

On our Taiwan island tour, we stopped in Hualien. We arrived at night to watch whales and dolphins the next day. Unexpectedly, booking a hotel in Hualien was difficult. The Ambassador Hotel in Hualien was available for the night, though the price was a little high. All in all, it was wonderful.

For under 1,300 yuan, the room came with a refrigerator and breakfast. 🥣 Great! It's close to Dongdaemun Night Market, and the room was very clean and nice. 👌 They even gave me a free toothbrush and toothpaste. Great value for the price...

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning. We recommend regular inspections of guest room equipment and prompt repairs.

Although I was the only one there this time to see the Hualien earthquake and spend some money, the breakfast was very good.

花蓮大使飯店真的是一生推，總覺得是一個很傳統但是卻很有人性的一間好住宿，很體貼的設計與備品，讓人感覺花蓮老鄉暖暖的用心

位置好、飯店比較舊、但價錢合理

缺點是沒有停車位，早餐比較簡單，主要是中式+土司，一開始入住房間有煙味，請櫃檯更換，門口有路邊停車位，每小時20元，浴室算乾淨，房間牆面比較不乾淨有灰塵，無窗戶，空調比較吵

入住第二次了 因位置在市中心 走出飯店就可以逛街 附近就有夜市 真的很方便 這次入住家庭房 房間空間滿大的 廁所為乾濕分離 就差沒浴池 可能房型不同吧

在市中心！ 前有停車場，離東大門夜市很近！ 飯店附近吃吃喝喝店家多！ 已入住過三次！

服務人員很親切，下次還會選這入住，停車很方便，出門就有公共停車，停車費便宜
