臨江的石磯上，原黃石市委市政府專門用來接待用的酒店。1959年10月1日開業，接待過陳毅、董必武、***等各級黨和國家領導人，現在已經被列為全國不可移動文物。名人樓2024年重新裝修，環境和設施都不錯。

這個賓館的各方面的質量（服務、衞生，餐飲），充電設施都很不錯，沒想到的是也是各路神仙都來住過的地方。登高望遠，江水滔滔，不勝美好。尤其是董必武題詞的挹江亭，更讓人心曠神逸。

20年歷史的老酒店，訂的時候並沒有太多期望。到達酒店説實話給了我們一個驚喜，房間設施舒適整潔，全屋智能化，機器人服務，服務員特別熱情周到，餐廳在山下，有電瓶車免費接送，晚餐還可以送到房間，入住時告訴我們這個房間原來是董必武先生住過的，三年前重新裝修過，面對江景。到達當天氣温很高，提前開了空調。對毛孩子非常友好，特別贊👍。自助 洗衣服務很方便長途自駕。

新裝修的酒店，全自動化，特別方便還特別乾淨。我特別喜歡我們的那套房有個小廳，這樣睡覺和辦公可以互不打擾特別贊。另外，酒店居然有洗衣間，簡直解決了旅途不能穿乾淨衣服的一個大問題。總體來説真的很不錯推薦。可惜形成太急沒有拍照片給大家做參考。
