This time I come to Huangshi for a business trip, I choose Huangshi Jiahua, it’s very good, the hotel’s luxurious lobby, and delicious buffet, I decided to choose this place every time I come on a business trip. Because I checked in at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, the manager introduced some areas of the hotel, which saved me the time of calling and asking questions one by one!

New hotel, clean and comfortable, the room is quite big. There are several washing machines in the laundry room to solve the laundry problem and the breakfast is good. Close to Wanda Plaza, it is convenient to find food.

We had a really comfortable stay. The room was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel location is also very good and we had access to a lot of restaurants online.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, quiet, safe and clean. The only thing that is not satisfied is that the bathroom sewer is seriously blocked. After the bath, the water directly overflows to the outside area. I hope to strengthen management!

房間很乾凈 設施比較新，前台服務小姐姐們態度都很好，一般都是有求必應，而且房間還給我升級了。要多兩瓶水都給用機器人送來的，説幾點需要改進的，洗手間不通風比較有味道，怎麼清潔和通風都不行，建議酒店用消毒水將牆面擦一遍，清潔之後洗浴間下水比較慢。 然後建議早餐換幾位工作的阿姨，每天早上吃飯都要接受洗禮，還沒吃就叫不要浪費，然後點多一份要不就是質疑吃不了要不就是假裝忘記做，拿個牛奶都要聽牛奶是冷的，所以放盒子裏，還要被教育怕浪費所以怎麼怎麼… 首先想説大家都是文化人，不會吃不完就拿，一次性拿了再吃是省的跑幾趟又麻煩人家，也不是買不起早餐，衹是看到有早餐包含了就直接樓下吃了。而且住這裏幾日就是因為方便辦事或者外出，真的不想每天早上都接受教育，真的很糟心，很影響心情。 另外早餐8點多之後品種和數量都比較少了。要吃早餐的話還是七點多去好一點。

The attitude of solving the problem is very good, but the matter of ”manufacturing problems” cannot be ignored because of the problem. The hotel is not full, and when the room is arranged, you can arrange a non-noisy one for the guests! Even if it is full, you can inform the guests in advance, so that the guests are a little mentally prepared. In other words, no problem.
