上個月過來惠州這邊 預訂了 精品大床房 感覺還可以 各方面都不錯 然後這兩天去定了一個 豪華大床房 是真的拉胯 貴了 還不如普通的房 ：沐浴露洗髮水 沒有補上 一次性拖鞋也沒有了 洗澡的時候就洗了差不多5-6分鐘 水漫金山一樣 還是好好檢查好房間...再讓客人入住吧

房間有異味，味道很濃重，而且被子不衞生，不知道是血跡還是什麼，都沒有洗乾淨

這酒店誰住誰倒黴，住兩次過敏兩次‼️第一次還以為是自己的原因，第二次直接爛臉，因為本人喜歡右側睡並且不睡枕頭，右邊臉完全貼着床單睡，右邊臉一大塊疹子，左邊臉情況好很多，就這點來看百分百肯定是酒店衞生原因導致，經理來跟我溝通時我説了要去三甲醫院掛皮膚科，結果帶我去衞生所，紮了一針過敏針，第二天還是滿臉疹子，又去開了兩天葯，就離開惠州去深圳了，結果到了深圳葯吃了也沒有效果，跟客服聯繫過如果酒店怕我作假我可以去惠州當面跟酒店溝通，讓酒店帶我去醫院，酒店還是不願意，我自己在深圳三甲醫院掛了皮膚科開了葯，花費將近七百，且不説這件事情耽誤的時間，對我的損失，消耗的精力！！從臉發生過敏到現在已經一個星期的時間，酒店每天都在拖延時間不願意承擔任何費用！！！
