As a business traveler that frequents Huizhou multiple times annually, I highly reccomend Wanda Moments Hotel to my fellow travelers and visitors. The location is excellent with a very large nearby shopping mall and D train station. Easy access to Shenzhen and Dongguan and Silver Beach. The hotel is kept super clean. The morning breakfast is excellent and satisfies the western tastes. The staff here is excellent. I was checked in by Serena that took less than 2 minutes. She is well spoken with her English and was helpful in assisting acquiring transportation for my needs. The hotel can accept western credit cards a big plus. There is also an ATM next door and a Bank of China branch approximately 1.2 km away. The rooms are large, modern and kept clean. The powered blackout drapes and heated toilet seat are nice touches. Another important point are the ample electrical outlets located where one needs them. I would compare this hotel to be on par with a Marriott or Hilton product.

Heating function failure in the hotel and it was cold all night. I had to ask the front desk 5-6 times and send us a small heater to use, but that was not warm enough for us.

When I entered the room, I found hair on the bed. The shower head on the bed was not installed in the right position, which was particularly eye-catching. The decoration of the room was not done in many places, which looked very shabby. The elevator door film was not clean. The overall hygiene of the whole hotel was poor. I reported the hair on the bed to the front desk, but there was no response.
