Great location with terrible service!!! To be honest it's my first negative feedback I am writing. Usually I don't write negative feedback unless it's not related to the unpleasant behaviour of employees. There was a disappointing reason and I am posting my negative review only because of one unprofessional employee in Dreams Grand property. I booked a 3 night stay for my weekend after one month of continued duty. It was a great promotion in Agoda. I was looking for a guest house close to the beach and easily accessible to the coffee and restaurants. I arrived before 13:00 to the hotel and the room wasn't ready and an early check -in wasn't possible. I completely agree with this and went to have lunch. At the arrival date they checked me into the Grand Suite Room (303) and nobody told me anything. I considered that the Deluxe room was over booked and they are balancing the inventory. It's happening due to increasing the last minute bookings in the hotels. However, on the same date in the evening they told me that I need to move to another room the next day because the Grand Suite is not available “sir you need to change the room because your room is not available tomorrow” If I knew that it would happen I could ask to give a deluxe room as per my reservation. I still agreed with them and there wasn't an issue to move for me because they told me that they keep the room ready first and move at 12:00. I was absolutely fine. However, the next day in the morning after breakfast when I approached reception I got an answer that I need check-out from Grand Suite at 12:00 and they will give the Deluxe room at 14:00. The person who gave me this answer was Hamdu. Later on I came to know that he is the manager of a guest house. First he tried to explain to me the situation that I arrived at before 12:00 and asked for a room. The Deluxe room wasn't ready that's why they gave me Grand Suite. Alright, I arrived earlier than 13:00 and asked if the room was ready. However, when I got answers to that standard check - in time at 13:00 I just said that I will be back after lunch. I didn't insist on giving the room. After my answer Hamdu changed the scenario and said that they gave me Grand Suite for my experience and said I am still not happy about this. I said I didn't ask about this experience. I didn't need such an experience if it brings discomfort and destroys my next day plans. He tried to explain to me with writing in the paper saying that I have difficulties to understand, that standard check-out is at 12:00 and it's overall the world. He Said that even 5* resorts are checking out at 12:00. He said with a rude mood that they need me to check out at 12:00 and check-in at 14:00 as per their standard times and between this period they will clean the room. I informed him that first of all I am not checking out, I am moving to another room by someone's mistake or accepting an overbooking and unable to manage.
