入住時候前台説網上定的必須12點退房，晚一分鐘算一天房費，從未見過這種要求。明知道大家都是來考試的，大包小包，前台連個東西也不讓放，讓放一個連監控也沒有地方

環境一般般，入住時候服務態度不太好，很冷淡。往房間去的走廊很黑，開門看到房間地毯還挺驚喜的，進去才發現特別臟，估計開業以來就沒洗過，踩在上面心裏特別不舒服，不敢輕易脱鞋。不知道鋪地毯的意義在哪，為了不用擦地？一張床一個簡單的小扁枕頭，櫃子裏找到一個，枕頭套又皺又黃。衞生間大小還可以，用品不行，洗髮水沐浴露量特別少，一個人可以，兩個人完全不夠用，浴巾毛巾沒敢用，不確定會不會被擦過馬桶，最基本的吹風機沒有，電視也是個擺設，空調能開，但是不涼快，製冷效果很差勁，不知道制熱行不行。退房的時候扣了五十塊按金，理由是給被罩上撒上油了。反思了一下，吃炸雞的時候掉了點碎沫沫，當時拿紙撿的時候也沒發現有油印，記得很清楚就是掉在床單上了，但是退房的阿姨跟前台説的是床上被罩上撒油了，要送洗，前台也沒有核實，直接扣五十塊，我們着急走就給錢走人了

23號的前台業務太差。沒與你説過，而且自以為的話層出不窮，牛羊吃多了，癔症麼？去他家住一定退房時把按金髮票都辦好再走。滿棟樓瀰漫著牛羊的味兒，既想開旅店就把排風處理好吧，大草原衹有牛羊了啊真好

第一，酒店前台態度很差，高台擋着不方便説話，前台不站起來坐着説我們外面聽不清，反問一下，立馬皺眉拔高語調不耐煩!我們是花錢住宿不是來借宿!第二，入住要收房卡按金100元，我們使用微信付款，退房退按金直接一張紙幣甩過來説退錢衹能現金……第三，房內沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有抽紙，床單上有黑色污漬。

在外住店最差的一個酒店，掛羊頭賣狗肉，先是帶你看的房間滿意，等交錢開房後就不一樣了，房間破爛不堪，問前台，前台答覆是一樣的，申請調換一間房，告知沒房了，你們自己不清楚4001與4008不一樣嗎…瞪着兩眼説胡話…告知大家千萬別住這家酒店。本來照了幾張照片，還是刪了…太臟。我説的話我負責，大家可以去看看

房間寬敞，洗手間也很寬敞，衞生可以，沒有異味，洗手間居然配備了洗衣機，整體性價比很高，值得推薦。交通也很方便，步行去伊勢丹，友誼超市幾百米。比起另一晚在古城邊的民宿各方各麪要好很多。

旅遊住的這店，性價比其實還行。就是設施不好，連個吹風筒都沒有，找前台沒人，就一個保安，保安説為什麼我們不早點來要？有幾個已經給其他人了？為什麼？他們是自己都沒出遊過吧？
