"I've never given a bad review before, but this is the first time. The room was awful. I arrived at the hotel late at night with my child, who fell asleep in the car. The security guard at the door stopped me from entering or parking, and insisted on showing me the room reservation information. I went to book the room by myself with a 3-year-old child in my arms, and my husband had to find a place to park, but he couldn't get in. I booked a deluxe king-size room. After entering the room and taking a shower, I found that the toilet was broken. I contacted customer service and they said they would come to repair it at 12:00 in the morning. They didn't let me sleep? I asked to change rooms, and they changed to the room next door. The smell in the room was so bad that I could faint. When I was changing rooms and packing my things, the staff next to me stood watching and kept urging me to hurry up. What's even worse is that they asked me to go downstairs to change the room card myself, and they didn't help me get it. The service attitude of a room that costs 700 yuan a night is outrageous. The hotel breakfast was even more average. I really don't know how it can be called a big hotel. The hotel is located in an office building, and the renovation was in 2023. It's false advertising. After checking in, I found that the renovation was not even in 2013. It's dirty, messy, and the service is poor. The environment is dirty."

"I was on a business trip from out of town and checked into this hotel on a whim. It was incredibly good value for money! The room was huge! Clean and tidy, which is exactly what I value most when choosing a hotel. The description mentioned a Serta mattress, and the bedding was indeed very comfortable; I slept soundly. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful; she even gave me a Mongolian-style fridge magnet when I left. The scenery was a pleasant surprise; there was a large bridge outside the window, which was especially beautiful at night—I forgot to take a picture! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hailar!"
