After staying a few days, I can say the service is truly excellent; they accommodate every request. We ended up extending our stay for several more days."

The wet and dry areas were completely dry with no standing water, and even the floor drains and corners were sparkling. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and prompt with replenishing supplies. The cleaning staff were professional and attentive. As someone very particular about cleanliness, I couldn't find a single flaw throughout my stay. I felt incredibly at ease and comfortable. This is definitely the gold standard for hygiene among five-star hotels in Harbin. The laundry room is also fantastic, with a sofa and TV where you can relax while your clothes are being washed. Highly recommended!"
