Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a blast of cool air, the air conditioning was excellent and provided a much-needed relief from the heat and fatigue of my flight. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly kind and welcoming. This will definitely be my go-to place when I visit Harbin. They even offered refreshing watermelon, which was surprisingly sweet for this time of year. It's the perfect stopover when you're transiting through Harbin!

I had an early morning flight, and the hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially considering I had to return my rental car at the airport. It's just a three-minute drive to the terminal, and they offer a free shuttle service. The room was spotlessly clean with smart home features and high-speed internet. The two young women at the front desk were very welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

Transportation to and from Taiping Airport Hotel: Private car transfer, fast and excellent service. Cleanliness! Very clean. Environment: Good environment. Service: Very good, most convenient for business travelers, highly recommended for business trips. Facilities: Quite complete, including disposable cups.

Traveling solo, I stayed at this hotel and found its hygiene, environment, service, and facilities all exceeded my expectations. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The room was spotless, the bedding was clean and odorless, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with every corner thoroughly cleaned, making for a worry-free stay. The hotel's environment was quiet and elegant, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The public areas were also neat and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in efficiently. They also thoughtfully provided information on local travel routes and responded to requests promptly and considerately. The room facilities were new and complete; the air conditioning and internet ran stably, and there was ample storage space, perfectly suited for a solo traveler. The overall value for money is excellent, providing a great sense of security for solo travel. It's my top choice for future trips and rest. The hotel also has a Chabaidao tea shop, is adjacent to a convenience store, and the hotel's dining options are affordably priced and very delicious! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Waking up to the morning sun streaming onto the dining table, a hearty breakfast always brightens my day! From the steaming hot congee to the fresh bread, every bite is made with such care. The diverse selection energizes us, letting health and deliciousness accompany us right from the morning. Such a breakfast not only warms the stomach but also the heart. Thank you for every thoughtful detail!

Booked this for my parents. The airport shuttle service was very welcoming, and the hotel facilities were good. Breakfast started at 4:30 AM, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great stay. Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Seems newly renovated, quite nice. Service: Warm and friendly service, and the airport shuttle was very punctual.

It's very close to Taiping Airport, and the owner is very welcoming. They help find parking spaces, but parking costs money.

The room was spacious and offered excellent value for money, much better than many similarly priced hotels downtown. I chose to stay near the airport because I had an early morning flight and didn't want the hassle of traveling from the city so early. The hotel provided a shuttle service and it's not far from the airport. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another early flight.
