Guest UserRiverside view gym, surrounded by a street full of delicious food, a prime location. The breakfast is rich, the environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the facilities are complete. Last summer, we stayed at the Habsburg for four days, and this summer, my family and I chose the Habsburg again. It's the familiar location, familiar warm service staff, and familiar breakfast taste. The hotel's breakfast and service are the biggest highlights. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, so you can eat your fill and have a good lunch. The restaurant and front desk staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help. The concierge at the front desk proactively helped with our large luggage. The consistently excellent service is commendable. Wishing the Habsburg Hotel continued success!

Guest UserThis hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess.
The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable!
This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

The environment is quiet and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the service is warm and friendly. It's my top choice for a restful stop during my travels, as it's not noisy at all. The service is very attentive, and the hotel's location is super convenient – you can walk to Central Street, the cable car, and the church. Getting a taxi to the Siberian Tiger Park is also very easy. My only regret is not getting to experience the afternoon tea, but I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Guest UserStaying at the Harbin Ocean Ritz Hotel, Central Avenue & Saint Sophia Church branch, the location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Central Avenue and Saint Sophia Church, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a stylish decor, and the bedding was very comfortable. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Being able to experience the old city's night views right outside the door was a huge plus, especially traveling with kids. This hotel offers great value for money when visiting Harbin, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Excellent stay! The location is fantastic, very close to several popular attractions, all within walking distance. They offer complimentary afternoon tea, robot service, and unlimited free bottled water. Although it's a bit noisy due to poor soundproofing, the hotel provides free eye masks and earplugs which solves the issue. All the staff were friendly and proactive. Thumbs up for this hotel!

Our whole family came to Harbin this time, and the ladies at the front desk were all so thoughtful. Since it was raining a lot during our stay, they kindly reminded us to bring rain gear. The room was spacious and very clean, and all the toiletries were well-prepared. The location is unbeatable; it's right on the lively Central Street, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Wishing them a prosperous business!

Its a small hotel without parking lot, located just at the side of the street. To reach the reception you need to face with stairs. Not so high but quiet challenging if you bring big luggage. Inside just a small receptionist. Check in was easy and fast, while waiting you can have coffee or china tea and cookies from the banquet. We booked family room, which is very spacious. Two double beds, a tent with toys. Its kinda cute though. The room facing the streets with a big windows, its lovely to watch snow falling outside. It has small fridge, electric kettle, and long sofa. Although I would be more glad if they provided small wardrobe to put our clothes. They only have hanging rack where we can put our coats and towel, which was definitely not enough. Anyway during our stay there, no one clean our room. They only made the bed but the floor still had hairs. But I'm too lazy to complaint. What I like about this hotel is they have washing machine and dryer that you can use for free (including the washing liquids). Also just besides the hotel there is a halal restaurant, very convenient, cheap and tasty. To the cathedral just a little walk around 10-15 minutes, and to the lake ard 30 mins.

The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Guest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night?
The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.
