GGuest UserTreasure B&B! So warm! We definitely chose the right place to stay when we came to Yabuli this time. Not only is the B&B warm, but the owner of the B&B is also a very warm person. The environment is warm, the food is great, and the boss took the trouble to guide us to avoid various scenic spots throughout the process. The recommendations are all practical. It’s really a fun place. At first, I was not sure where to go after reading various recommendations and interesting scenic spots on the Internet. It wasn’t until I decided to book a homestay that I suddenly understood. The boss is so kind and helpful, and he recommended and recommended every place nearby. The recommended attractions are all explained clearly, and I would like to express my special thanks to the aunt at the hotel for seeing my son coughing and giving me some hot white fungus soup! Your dogs are so cute that you won’t want to miss them. I’ll give them a second try if I get the chance!

From the moment I got out of the taxi to arrive, to the moment I got in the taxi to leave, all of the staff went above and beyond in service to help me with my every need. The room and environment is very beautiful, like staying in a living museum. The hotel is close to Central Street and Sophia Square, making sightseeing very convenient, especially on a cold night. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Harbin. This stay was unforgettable.

AAlya YusoffAll staffs are so helpful and friendly especially Miss Gao is super good. We love the cleanliness of the hotel. The size of the room is good enough. Location is next to Zhongyang Street on 1 min walking. You can have unlimited afternoon tea when you stay here. Thats the bonus point! Breakfast are super delicious!

KKelly ShaunThe place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

EEdnaLocation of this hotel is close to the Ice and Snow Festival. Overall service of the hotel is great except for when we checked in. The attitude of the lady at the front desk was extremely bad and impatient.
During our last night the heating in our room was not working and they changed another room for us immediately. So well done for looking after your guests.
The buffet breakfast was ok with a selection of food.

RRaysean LiewWe are really amazed by the service rendered by all the staff in Baibo Hotel. It makes us feel so welcomed ☺️. Daily welcome drink is the famous Kvass 格瓦斯👍👍 👍
Breakfast selection is good and delicious 😋.
Rooms are bright and spacious, only the toilet is a bit too small for me ( maybe I am too well built 😅)
One thing I must mention is that the hotel's manager personalised service and went extra miles by preparing for us breakfast on the go(bread, milk, eggs, and surprisingly the winter pear 冬梨）as we got an early flight to catch the second day.
Overall, I am so pleased and grateful for the service rendered. BRAVO 👏 👏 👏.

The lady at check-in is very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is good, you can get to the pedestrian zone in 10 minutes by taxi and to the snow/ice world in about 15 minutes.
Overall, however, I have to say that I wouldn't stay there again.
It wasn't very clean, the room is in a residential unit. The furnishings are not very high quality and some are already falling apart. People smoked in the rooms. Sometimes the smell of smoke comes into the rooms at night through the ventilation.
There were payment requests for the additional costs from 2024 hanging on the room doors.
Overall, it's more of an hourly hotel than really designed for tourism.

JjinnianI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are top-notch, the environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, what impressed me the most was the service from the staff, especially Assistant Cheung. His service was impeccable, always with a smile and very attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking us in, offering local travel advice, or addressing our various needs, Cheung was always professional and enthusiastic. Thanks to Assistant Cheung, our stay was exceptionally pleasant! Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again next time.
