"We got the 4 person room. The location wasn't far from Baroque street. It is on the quieter industrial, local area though. I didnt think they provided enough amenities. There no bathroom rugs. We had one small toilet roll for 3 people a day. There were lots of items in the room that cost money. Good thing is, they do have AC and a heater in the room for the winter. The room is also on the bigger end, which I liked. The cleaning auntie was also nice and helpful."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip, I just have to praise it! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they even proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions. Their warm attitude instantly made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was an even bigger surprise. As soon as I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The floors were sparkling clean, the bed was neatly made, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and odorless. The bathroom's vanity and toilet were spotless, without a trace of grime, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. It was a truly comfortable stay. For us, traveling by car, the parking was the most satisfying aspect. The hotel's own parking lot had plenty of spaces, and there was 24-hour security patrol, making parking convenient and safe. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all. What's even more considerate is the hotel's excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to nearby attractions, saving us travel time and making it convenient for both sightseeing and trying local delicacies. This stay was absolutely perfect. The next time I visit this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

MM532027****The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

MM52323****The hotel is conveniently located near Central Street and Zhaolin Park, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. Its European aristocratic medieval style is very unique, and the hotel itself is new and clean, which is a big plus.
What truly stands out is the excellent service. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Binggan, was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. When we needed laundry service, the hotel promptly assisted us.
Oh, and one more thing: the breakfast was absolutely delicious! It really lives up to their reputation for excellent Western cuisine. Every dish was carefully prepared, and it's rare to find a hotel that puts so much effort into breakfast these days.
If I ever visit Harbin again, I'll definitely stay at Lizzy!

__WeChat307328****Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services.
Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis.
Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom.
Environment: Acceptable.
Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.

QQingtiantiantiantiantiantianThe suite was very spacious with a great view. Harbin was really cold, so it was super comfortable to stay at the hotel. The executive lounge was also large and business-friendly. I was so glad we booked such a big room because of the cold – we didn't go out much. The room, especially the shower, was incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is that for three of us, they only offered a two-door small car for borrowing, with no room for negotiation. It wasn't that there were no larger cars available, they just wouldn't lend them. After two days, the car door handle even broke, and only on the third day did they finally agree to lend us a larger car. I'm really speechless. Honestly, I would have been better off renting a car myself. This is my only major complaint. Just because a service is free doesn't mean it should feel like a handout, and that doesn't align with your hotel's positioning.

You don't even have to leave the hotel for meals or to change your ski equipment, which is super convenient, and there's a great selection of ski rentals. OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

GGuest UserThe service here is absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. But what really blew us away were the service staff in the hot spring area (Zhu Yan Juan, Wu Yu Rong, and Dang Min – we saw their name tags because their service was so exceptional!) and the two ladies at the sales counter, one in white and one in a light-colored top, who were so incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They made us feel so comfortable, like we were chatting with family at home, with no sense of awkwardness at all. It truly felt like a home away from home for a relaxing vacation! This is a genuine personal review, not a commercial one, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit. We came as a family of three this time, and next time, I'm definitely bringing my mom, mother-in-law, and father-in-law for a getaway! It's absolutely worth it. The hotel stay was super comfortable, and the most surprising thing was when we returned from the hot springs to find that the hotel, knowing we had a child, had thoughtfully arranged a children's toothbrush for us. That was a really unexpected and wonderful touch! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The room lacked a dining table.
The sink lacked hand soap, and the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished or replaced promptly. Another guest had left a swimsuit sticker in the shower room, which was never cleaned (see picture).
On our first day, the housekeeper didn't provide slippers.
In summary, the room decor and furniture were high-end. However, the service level wasn't up to par and needs further training.

SSmadThe flight was delayed and we had to arrive at Taiping Airport in the middle of the night, so we booked a hotel nearby. I saw that this hotel had a shuttle service, so I called to make an appointment.
Then I booked this room. The service was really good and the driver was very polite when he took me to the hotel.
It is divided into a main building and an annex building. The annex building is cheap and has relatively average facilities.
Breakfast was eaten in the main building, which was okay. There is a bus stop 383 opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient to the city.
If only to sleep in the middle of the night. Especially if you arrive in Harbin late.
