"This hotel's service was fantastic! My check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but they called me at 10 AM to pick up my room card. They let me store my luggage and even had it delivered to my room.
They also gave me a free room upgrade to room 206, which had great natural light and a smart toilet. Besides bottled water, they provided a fruit platter, a coffee machine, and capsule coffee.
They offered two tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum (worth 40 yuan each), and I could choose outfits from the first floor to take photos in the room or lobby, with no time limit or restrictions on the number of outfits. They also included four travel photoshoots (appointments needed in advance).
The hundred-year-old elevator was free to use, and upon departure, they even gave me a small gift bag of chocolates.
The location is superb – just two subway stops from Harbin Station and a 10-minute walk. It's right next to Central Street, a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Church, Red Brick Morning Market, and Zhaolin Park. The Baroque street, Flood Control Monument, and Stalin Park are all less than 2 km away. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. I'll definitely be back!"

"The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to Central Street. The breakfast set menu offers no choices, and honestly, it's more about presentation than taste, which was just so-so. The breakfast could definitely be more varied; the steak mentioned in previous reviews is no longer available. There's a free afternoon tea, but there's hardly anything to eat. Perhaps it's because the peak season in Harbin is over, and they're cutting costs in the off-season, which is understandable given the incredibly good off-season prices. As an added bonus, it's acceptable. The building is an old Russian-style structure, so the slow drainage in the rooms is unavoidable. Overall, the staff provides great service, the location is good, and it's clean. Considering the off-season price, which is comparable to a budget hotel, I highly recommend it."

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Qiu Guo, and I decided to give it a try. I ended up having such a great experience that I extended my stay. Even though it's a self-service laundry room, the staff still helped bring my clothes back to the room or even dried them for me – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities in the common area are also excellent, with things like hair ties, nail clippers, hair clips, paper clips, and even a printer. I'll definitely be staying at Qiu Guo again in the future.
The room was very new, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hairdryer was a Laifen, the same brand I brought with me!

TTobeThe hotel is located in a new urban area with convenient transportation, and both the hotel and surrounding buildings are relatively new. It's right next to a wetland park, which is a great spot for exercise. The air is fresh and the sky is blue. However, the hotel doesn't have any fitness facilities, and when I asked the staff about the advertised laundry room, they told me there wasn't one. The biggest drawback of not having a laundry room is the inconvenience of washing clothes.

Both the public areas and guest rooms were spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful, stress-free night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were high quality, and the service was warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage. Breakfast featured quality ingredients and great taste. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located, offering excellent value for money. For those who appreciate quality and comfort, you can't go wrong booking here. However, the room was a bit cold.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: I'd seen several hotels with poor reviews for cleanliness, but when I saw the Long Rui Cheng Hotel with a 5-star rating, I told my family that it was the only hotel with excellent cleanliness, so I was looking forward to staying there. However, upon entering the room, I was surprised to find a black spot under one of the pillows—which was acceptable. However, I was shocked to see an unidentified stain on another sheet (see picture). Unwilling to bother with my parents and children, I called the front desk, and they came to change it. However, when they did, they claimed it wasn't cleaned properly. They noticed it when I made the bed, so why didn't they change it? The stain was at the foot of the bed, where you usually just flip it up and sleep. Don't expect anything less!
Service: The free storage service was good, and the storage area was clean, with lockers for storage. That was a really nice touch. 👍
I hope the business will stop harassing me with phone calls and remove the negative review! The bad parts need to be improved, but the good ones should be maintained, so we can keep our customers coming back!

What's even more impressive is that he compiled the hotel's latest New Year event information along with a comprehensive and highly practical Harbin travel guide, truly anticipating our needs. This proactive, pre-arrival service, embodying 'warm hospitality' down to the smallest detail, instantly heightened our expectations for the trip and gave us a whole new appreciation for the reputation of this first Hyatt Centric in Northeast China!

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was charmed by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service. Gao Yuefang from housekeeping heard about a special situation and brought some essential items, which didn't interfere with my plans to enjoy the hot springs with my family. I've never encountered such caring and heartfelt service before – it was truly touching! The room was spotless and tidy every day, and opening the window revealed a lovely little garden view. Attention to detail was impeccable. My family and I enjoyed all sorts of hot springs, and Dang Min, Zhu Yan Juan, and Wu Yu Rong, along with Xiao Wang, who brought towels and tea, were so enthusiastic and helpful, treating us like their own family. After the hot springs, I felt completely refreshed, and all my fatigue vanished. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious food. I'm extremely satisfied with this trip and will definitely recommend it to friends. I'll be back for sure!

The room lacked a dining table.
The sink lacked hand soap, and the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished or replaced promptly. Another guest had left a swimsuit sticker in the shower room, which was never cleaned (see picture).
On our first day, the housekeeper didn't provide slippers.
In summary, the room decor and furniture were high-end. However, the service level wasn't up to par and needs further training.
