The restaurant is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious breakfast options in a comfortable dining environment. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh bedding and a spotless bathroom, making for a truly relaxing stay. What impressed me most was the service; the staff were consistently warm and attentive, promptly responding to any requests. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to the Songhua River and the Flood Control Memorial Tower, which is perfect for families traveling with children. I highly recommend it!

They say Yabuli is a ski resort, and coincidentally, it became our base for this trip. Among the many hotels listed on Ctrip, I spotted ”Wusuo Residence Mountain Hotel” (now renamed ”Wenshan” 😁). After reading the reviews from other guests, it sounded really good. Although it's not directly inside the scenic area, it's not too far either, so I decisively booked it. When we arrived at the hotel by car and checked in, we realized we had made an excellent choice – it was fantastic! Both the hotel environment and service were incredibly comforting 👍 The owner upgraded our room for free, the staff helped carry our luggage to the room, and considering we're from the south, they recommended some great, affordable, and highly-rated local restaurants... I absolutely have to give five-star praise to a hotel that operates with such dedication and care 🌹🌹🌹 We will definitely choose to stay at ”Wenshan” hotel again if we have the chance.

The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, with complete facilities. The smart home system was also thoughtfully designed and convenient to use. The hotel's location near Harbin Engineering University makes transportation easy, and there are plenty of local specialty restaurants nearby.

The hotel is spotless and tidy. Their breakfast buffet is reliably good, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, including freshly ground coffee, Western pastries, as well as local specialties like Harbin red sausage and various congees. Ingredients are fresh, and dishes are replenished promptly. The dining area is kept at a comfortable temperature with air conditioning, making for a clean and pleasant dining experience. All staff members are highly professional. The front desk patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes, and the lobby staff were polite and friendly. All our requests were handled promptly, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being overly formal, and very attentive. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin. Five stars, highly recommended!

My stay at Oulu Guya Hyatt Centric far exceeded my expectations. The room amenities were incredibly satisfying, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that melted away all my fatigue as I lay down. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular view. The room also featured a super large bathtub. The Executive Lounge experience was equally outstanding, with a rich and varied selection of exquisite snacks. Special thanks to Guest Manager Tom Wang for proactively communicating about my check-in needs and thoughtfully planning the room type. Also, Bonnie Bai from the lounge provided meticulous service, always attentive to guests' needs, proactively replenishing food, and treating everyone with warmth and consideration. This hotel perfectly combines unique design with heartwarming service.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Street. There's a supermarket right next door downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. The hotel lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. They even upgraded my room, which was clean, spacious, very hygienic, and comfortable. The soundproofing was quite good, the vanity was spotless, and the shower had a great wet/dry separation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

The room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

My top choice for a marathon trip, Songbei Xiang Hotel gets full marks! For this competition, I didn't hesitate to choose Songbei Xiang, and the stay far exceeded my expectations: Environment and Service: The lobby was fresh and clean, and check-in at the front desk was efficient. A special thank you to the concierge for kindly lending us an extra umbrella, which perfectly saved us from getting wet outside – attention to detail at its best! From the room, you can see beautiful scenery, and the corners of the room and the caulking in the bathroom were spotless. The infinity pool was crystal clear and blended seamlessly with the outside view. Extremely Family-Friendly: The management of the fitness center deserves special commendation! While my child played in the water with a swim ring, the lifeguard didn't just sit idly by; instead, they moved along the edge of the pool, closely following my child. As a mother, this kind of meticulous care truly provides immense peace of mind! Summary: The service is warm, and safety is guaranteed. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

The room was awful clean. The carpet was incredibly dirty, and there were broken bottles under the cabinets. I have no idea how they cleaned the place. The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. Some places required you to scan a WeChat QR code to pay, while others required you to swipe your card. The cleanliness of the Shuihui area was terrible. There was no cleaning. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.
