The staff are warm and attentive, proactively sharing the hotel's history, making you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. MMichael_hrbThe hotel has breathtaking views from the room, fitness center and breakfast restaurant. The fitness and swimming pool area are excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection of Western and Chinese food.
However, I was still a little bit disappointed. The hotel is definitely overpriced and not worth it's value.
I came there to celebrate my birthday and clearly stated it in the form that they had sent to me on my email. Usually, the hotels of this level leave a birthday gift of some kind, something like a cake or else. But I didn't get anything, not even a complimentary platter of fruit in the room. I just feel a little bit confused, I think hotels of such level should take such things into consideration.
P.S. I want to give special thanks to a swimming pool member Ray Wu, he was very kind and helpful.

Where it fell short was the in-room facilities. The design of hotel room amenities needs to consider not just aesthetics but also functionality. A large room without a desk, and a narrow console table under the TV where you could put a laptop, but no desk lamp.
Furthermore, the most frustrating thing was the vertically mounted, high showerhead. If you don't hold it in your hand constantly, it's completely unusable, with water just splashing directly onto the wall.
If these inconvenient aspects could be improved, the stay experience would be significantly enhanced.

From the moment the butler proactively called to confirm our needs and efficiently arranged our check-in, even upgrading our room for free, to every service detail during our stay, everything showed immense sincerity and thoughtfulness. What was particularly delightful was when I casually mentioned to the butler that I wasn't used to the mistless humidifier; upon returning to my room, I found it had already been replaced with a misting one. This kind of rapid response to requests is truly impressive! The hotel embodies 'hospitality' in every detail, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It's definitely worth revisiting repeatedly!

Not only did she help us coordinate satisfactory rooms, but she also specially delivered welcome fruits. Later, she assisted with the invoice, and even more surprisingly, she gave us cute little 'Beibei' dolls. The service at Songbei Shangri-La is truly impeccable; the attention to detail is evident everywhere. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this place again!

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

In the hallway of my floor, people noisily smoked and made lots of noise. **************** staying here. The front desk people are okay but could definitely use work on their hospitality. Old room, old facilities, junky dirty carpet in the hall. Would not stay again. The only positive was the bed. A painfully average in every way hotel. There are far better options for way less money.

But what really blew us away were the service staff in the hot spring area (Zhu Yan Juan, Wu Yu Rong, and Dang Min – we saw their name tags because their service was so exceptional!) and the two ladies at the sales counter, one in white and one in a light-colored top, who were so incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They made us feel so comfortable, like we were chatting with family at home, with no sense of awkwardness at all. It truly felt like a home away from home for a relaxing vacation! This is a genuine personal review, not a commercial one, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit. We came as a family of three this time, and next time, I'm definitely bringing my mom, mother-in-law, and father-in-law for a getaway! It's absolutely worth it. The hotel stay was super comfortable, and the most surprising thing was when we returned from the hot springs to find that the hotel, knowing we had a child, had thoughtfully arranged a children's toothbrush for us. That was a really unexpected and wonderful touch! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

MM302648****The room was very good. I drove two hours to Harbin Galaxy. The only drawback was that the room package told me to check out at 12 o'clock at the same time as the room. I personally think it is unreasonable. The room can be checked out at the time, but the Shuihui ticket should be 24 hours! If you stay in the hotel at night, you will be out of time if you don't play Shuihui at noon the next day! A little personal suggestion! It does not affect my love for Galaxy! Next time we come, we have to calculate the time, which is more troublesome! After all, it is not cheap to buy Shuihui tickets separately after the time limit!

SSmadThe flight was delayed and we had to arrive at Taiping Airport in the middle of the night, so we booked a hotel nearby. I saw that this hotel had a shuttle service, so I called to make an appointment.
Then I booked this room. The service was really good and the driver was very polite when he took me to the hotel.
It is divided into a main building and an annex building. The annex building is cheap and has relatively average facilities.
Breakfast was eaten in the main building, which was okay. There is a bus stop 383 opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient to the city.
If only to sleep in the middle of the night. Especially if you arrive in Harbin late.
