Nice hotel and close to everything! Staff are very attentive and take good care of us. Miss Air assisted us very well during breakfast. Mr. Max and Mr. Neil at the reception helped us a lot with directions and communications with taxi drivers. Staff here don't speak English well, but they have their ways to communicate with us well, where we see very helpful and appreciated. If we visit Harbin again, we will definitely stay here again for sure! Nice hotel, nice staff, good location, fantastic breakfast, and reasonable price.

Great service Great location The hotel is located nearby St Sophia Cathedral just a 5 Min walk away. The room is spacious and clean at a reasonable price. Excellent service, location is like 100 meters from the metro entrance. The rooms are very good and modern. The only downside is the actual street where the hotel is, seems like a very run down area, the hotel and the street don't match, but once you go inside, everything changes. There are also 2 cats in the entrance, super cute guys. would stay here if I come again.

Pros: Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Second time staying here. This room is not comparable to my previous room on the 7th floor. This room is much smaller, the bathroom is tiny with a sink inside the room inside. So bear in mind, rooms vary greatly in size. Other than room size this hotel is excellent for location, services etc.

Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

The room is ok, but the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is not particularly obvious, and it is not easy to find. He is in an office building, but the service and decoration style of the hotel are very good. The hotel is very new and has no smell of decoration. Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Excellent hotel in Harbin. Located above a mall and opposite to Wanda Plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was great (just look at the pictures). Breakfast was standard chinese style but suits us. There are plenty of food choices around if get sick of the hotel breakfast. Just take note that because this is an office and hotel block, so it takes a while before the lift gets to your level during peak hours.

WWei MinOverall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

VV SherylEverything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!

GGuest UserExcellent location and 100% recommended if you are a first timer in Harbin. Close to the subway, the Main Street and Sofia’s church. The hotel is quiet, modern and clean. The room was great, and the breakfast quite nice. Variety of options. There is also snack in the evening. The staff is really helpful- they even helped me with a phone call.

GGuest UserThe host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.

SSoudsathit VandixayWe had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..” Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

GGuest UserWe spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

AAlessanderBest stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

GGuest UserI had a lot of fun. The hotel is very clean and has a good environment. The housekeeper provides attentive service throughout the trip. There is also a ski resort next to the hotel. Beginners only need the primary ski slope. Haha. The coaches invited by my friends are all very good. They are Coach Zhao Yongqing (113), Coach Ding Yuxia (48), Coach Chen (117), and Coach Qiao (32). Snowboarding is fun. The coaches praised me for learning quickly. It was a very happy trip. 🤟🏼

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10
