Stepping into JIJIA Hotel in Harbin, I was immediately greeted by sub-zero temperatures (minus 20 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff. They promptly offered me warm ginger tea and helped with my heavy luggage, all with incredibly friendly smiles. During check-in, they patiently explained local attractions, recommended the best time to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World, and even shared tips on staying warm – it felt like a family member was looking out for me. What truly touched me was mentioning, in passing, that my camera battery drains quickly in the cold. To my surprise, the staff secretly placed hand warmers and a battery insulation bag in my room, along with a handwritten note reminding me to keep my equipment warm outdoors. This small gesture instantly melted away the winter chill. The room was spotlessly clean, with crisp, soft bedding and no unpleasant odors. The floors gleamed, and even the grout in the bathroom was immaculate. The heating was excellent, providing a comfortable temperature, and the window offered a serene view of the snow-covered landscape. The overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy. The hotel staff consistently greeted guests and were always quick to respond to any requests, showing both enthusiasm and professionalism. In the icy cold of Harbin, JIJIA Hotel provided immense warmth through its exceptional service and comfortable environment. The boss is very enthusiastic. When I went to Jiangbei University Town to take an exam, I said the lights were a bit dark. The boss lent me a desk lamp to facilitate my review.

The room was fantastic, a stylish and beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to get out. The projector was also great, making movie watching a fantastic experience. A very pleasant stay overall. The bathroom was fully equipped, providing shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, and contact lens solution. The kitchen even had dish soap, which was very thoughtful. Ordering takeout was convenient; the yogurt and fruit salad nearby was delicious. Aside from being a bit far from attractions like Central Street, there were almost no downsides. It would have been even better if the room had a mosquito repellent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the scenery. I suggest the hotel replace the curtains with blackout curtains, as it gets light very early, around 4 AM, which slightly disrupts sleep. Overall, a very wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

I stayed here on a business trip a while ago and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the city center, with convenient dining, shopping, and transportation nearby. The room is simply yet warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep even though I'm a die-hard fan of my own bed. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the amenities are of excellent quality. The service was impeccable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response from housekeeping when I needed it during my stay. It made me feel right at home. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced, making it a great start to the day. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip or trip!

I've stayed in so many hotels, but this one truly amazed me 😍! The room decor was cozy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and odorless. The staff were warm and attentive, and their responses were incredibly prompt. The location is also excellent, making getting around very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit 👏.

Travelling together with friends! We sleep well~ the hotel is nice and clean and the room is big enough for us to open 3 big big laugage~ very comfortable, service is also good very friendly. There is laundry and washing machines is free to use, only need to paid but money if you want to use dryer! Suggested! There is a lot of restaurant around and bus stop in front of the hotel

Positive: Very nice and helpful people working in the hotel. The room was clean and they are quite big. The location is not central but it’s easy enough to go to the center, plus in the area there are plenary of restaurants. They have a common kettle. Negative: If you book a room without private toilet, expect no shower and a hole in the ground as a toilet. We had to upgrade the room for shower and toilet which makes it a little bit overpriced.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

Very clean, fast internet speed, complete facilities, and very good service attitude at the front desk. It's super close to the subway entrance, and it's very convenient to travel. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. I will come again next time!
