This stay was a wonderful surprise! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, the room was spotless and odor-free, and the soft, comfortable bedding made for a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in was efficient, and the thorough cleaning and disinfection gave me peace of mind. The hardware at The Ritz-Carlton is simply exceptional. Kohler fixtures, smart toilets, and bottled water – what more could a traveler ask for? Whenever I visit a city that has a Ritz, I always make sure to stay there and experience it. I love the rooms at The Ritz, and I enjoy the food at their restaurants. But more importantly, it's the staff at The Ritz that truly makes the difference. Their genuine service is incredibly touching. Whether it's the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping staff, they all deeply impressed us. Someone can speak insincerely or out of politeness, but their eyes rarely lie. The Ritz staff were warm, kind, and friendly, which we found incredibly moving. We'll definitely stay at The Ritz-Carlton again whenever we have the opportunity. There's also one small detail I'd like to mention: the Ritz in Harbin. The washroom had three towel racks, which is incredibly practical. 90% of hotels in China don't have towel racks, so sometimes you have to hang your towel on the outer handle of the bathroom door. This small detail really made me look at the Harbin Ritz in a new light. I've said a lot, but let me take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at The Ritz-Carlton Harbin. I wish them health and happiness!

The room is very spacious, the windows are large, the computer configuration is high, and the service attitude is very good. The location is next to the subway station, and the transportation is very convenient. The living environment is quiet and not noisy.

The boss is very enthusiastic. When I went to Jiangbei University Town to take an exam, I said the lights were a bit dark. The boss lent me a desk lamp to facilitate my review.

The room was fantastic, a stylish and beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to get out. The projector was also great, making movie watching a fantastic experience. A very pleasant stay overall. The bathroom was fully equipped, providing shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, and contact lens solution. The kitchen even had dish soap, which was very thoughtful. Ordering takeout was convenient; the yogurt and fruit salad nearby was delicious. Aside from being a bit far from attractions like Central Street, there were almost no downsides. It would have been even better if the room had a mosquito repellent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the scenery. I suggest the hotel replace the curtains with blackout curtains, as it gets light very early, around 4 AM, which slightly disrupts sleep. Overall, a very wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

I've stayed in so many hotels, but this one truly amazed me 😍! The room decor was cozy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and odorless. The staff were warm and attentive, and their responses were incredibly prompt. The location is also excellent, making getting around very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit 👏.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

What you see is what you get: affordable luxury, clean and comfortable. The only downside is its proximity to a main road and a construction site across the street, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. A thoughtful addition would be to provide earplugs! 😂😂😂

Very clean, fast internet speed, complete facilities, and very good service attitude at the front desk. It's super close to the subway entrance, and it's very convenient to travel. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. I will come again next time!
