I often go there with my classmates and have stayed in several room types, all of which are very good. The environment is comfortable, clean and sanitary. There are iced drinks in every room, not only with a wide variety, but also at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the boss is very nice, highly recommended!

Stepping into JIJIA Hotel in Harbin, I was immediately greeted by sub-zero temperatures (minus 20 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff. They promptly offered me warm ginger tea and helped with my heavy luggage, all with incredibly friendly smiles. During check-in, they patiently explained local attractions, recommended the best time to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World, and even shared tips on staying warm – it felt like a family member was looking out for me. What truly touched me was mentioning, in passing, that my camera battery drains quickly in the cold. To my surprise, the staff secretly placed hand warmers and a battery insulation bag in my room, along with a handwritten note reminding me to keep my equipment warm outdoors. This small gesture instantly melted away the winter chill. The room was spotlessly clean, with crisp, soft bedding and no unpleasant odors. The floors gleamed, and even the grout in the bathroom was immaculate. The heating was excellent, providing a comfortable temperature, and the window offered a serene view of the snow-covered landscape. The overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy. The hotel staff consistently greeted guests and were always quick to respond to any requests, showing both enthusiasm and professionalism. In the icy cold of Harbin, JIJIA Hotel provided immense warmth through its exceptional service and comfortable environment. This incredibly thoughtful hotel will definitely be my choice again when I return to Harbin. Five-star rating! Highly recommended! Highly recommended!

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

The environment is really good. It is across the street from the Convention and Exhibition Center. The transportation is convenient. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete. The details are well done! The bedding is fresh white, and it is changed for each guest, so you can sleep safely and comfortably. I especially praise the shampoo. After washing your hair, it is super smooth and the fragrance is also good. The store owner is warm and thoughtful. He patiently answers questions from check-in to check-out, and is as kind as a friend. The location is quiet but the transportation is convenient. The cost-effectiveness is super high. It is highly recommended to those who pursue quality! I will choose here again on my next trip. It is really worth the money~

I stayed here on a business trip a while ago and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the city center, with convenient dining, shopping, and transportation nearby. The room is simply yet warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep even though I'm a die-hard fan of my own bed. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the amenities are of excellent quality. The service was impeccable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response from housekeeping when I needed it during my stay. It made me feel right at home. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced, making it a great start to the day. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip or trip!

I've stayed in so many hotels, but this one truly amazed me 😍! The room decor was cozy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and odorless. The staff were warm and attentive, and their responses were incredibly prompt. The location is also excellent, making getting around very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit 👏.

The room environment is very good, clean, tidy, the temperature is also comfortable, the facilities are complete, the little robot is very cute, everything is available, and parking is convenient. The breakfast tastes very good, the fried noodles are delicious, and the other dishes are also very good, and the service is in place.

Positive: Very nice and helpful people working in the hotel. The room was clean and they are quite big. The location is not central but it’s easy enough to go to the center, plus in the area there are plenary of restaurants. They have a common kettle. Negative: If you book a room without private toilet, expect no shower and a hole in the ground as a toilet. We had to upgrade the room for shower and toilet which makes it a little bit overpriced.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!
