Harbin Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Harbin is truly beautiful in spring, and my stay at the Habsburg Hotel made the experience even more delightful. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful, thoughtfully provided tips on little note cards, adding a personal touch to the experience. Every detail was carefully considered. The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Location is good, staff from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant are always friendly and helpful. Judy from the front desk and a few more ladies ( sorry we didn't get their names ) are always professional, cheerful, and beyond kind. Please keep up the good work! All the hotels around Zhongyang Street area should learn from Mercure's hospitality!

The staffs were extremely friendly and greets you with passion. Walkable to most places by foot, only issue is if you order didi you’ve to walk opp to board car due to one way traffic. But room is extremely neat and has everything you need. They were very nice to help us keep parcels shipped to hotel as well

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, housed in a stunning Russian-style building and furnished with such care and elegance. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The breakfast and afternoon tea spreads were impressive, with so many delicious options to enjoy. The location is also unbeatable, right between a busy shopping street and a lively breakfast street market, which made exploring super convenient. What touched me the most was the little extras from the staff. They prepared a lovely gift bag with sweets and confectionery, and another bag of cut fruits for us to take on the road when we checked out. These thoughtful gestures made the stay feel even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

The room is ok, but the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is not particularly obvious, and it is not easy to find. He is in an office building, but the service and decoration style of the hotel are very good. The hotel is very new and has no smell of decoration. It is said that it has been open for more than three years, and the location of the hotel is very good, facing the park directly, but it just didn't catch up with the good time.Otherwise, you can see the ice lamp at that time, so it's still early.The service in Caicai is very good.cccccc-cccccccccccccccccc菜

I had an early flight so I came back from downtown Harbin a day early to rest and catch it. The hotel is 5 minutes away by a didi/ taxi. It’s a small Chinese hotel so don’t expect conversing in English. They will use a translator app and that is good enough, they are polite and very helpful. They will inquire about whether you need a shuttle and will tell you the time to be down in the lobby ( they will give you a call in your room to remind you before your flight.). The room is small but clean and neat. I like that the windows can open so that you can breathe fresh air if the room gets too stuffy! The water was hot and towels clean. (Ps.if you’re a foreigner that’s going to stay here, to flush the toilet you need to put on the big bathroom light 🤭I had to go to the front desk to ask for help). The bed was comfy and soft and the stay very convenient. The shuttle driver was early and it was an easy and restful process to get on time. Thank you for the wonders stay 🩷

I had booked two triple rooms and one double room for my stay, and to my pleasant surprise, both the double room and one of the triple rooms were upgraded to the Level 5 suites at no extra charge. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded a cozy yet luxurious feel. The upgraded triple room was particularly impressive—it was a family suite, thoughtfully decorated with adorable duckling-themed decor that added a playful and charming touch, making it perfect for families or anyone traveling with children. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the toiletries. The conditioner in particular was fantastic—it left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and soft, which is something I rarely find in hotel products. The fragrance was light and pleasant, not overpowering, and I really enjoyed how fresh it made my hair feel throughout the day. The rooms were not only large but also meticulously clean, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The upgrades made our stay even more special, and the attention to detail in both the room design and amenities truly stood out. With such a memorable experience, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.

I was really satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this trip! The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and the details were carefully considered. It was so comfortable for people with severe mysophobia. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the service was even better. From the warm and thoughtful front desk check-in to the quick response to various needs during the stay, the staff showed extremely high professionalism, which made people feel warm. Afternoon tea was provided every day, and the children had a lot of fun eating, drinking and playing. The most touching thing was that the staff saw that we had another trip, so they brought a lot of delicious food for the children and accompanied us until we set off. The hotel is in a very good location, a few minutes drive from the Ice and Snow World, and parking is also convenient in the courtyard. There are many delicious foods around. I rarely write reviews, and these words are really from the heart.

Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀
