"Harbin in summer – you get what you pay for! The day before, I stayed near Central Street; that hotel wasn't cheap but it was small and damp, and had virtually no facilities (not throwing shade, just a comparison)... The next day, I decisively moved to Mercure! Oh my god, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed! Location: It's not far from St. Sophia Church and Central Street. Harbin Museum is right across the street, and it's close to the river, so you can walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower or the Middle East Railway Bridge – all the must-see spots are within a leisurely stroll. Facilities: The lobby isn't huge, but it's comfortable and well-designed. The room layout is sensible, with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, electric curtains, and a Dyson hairdryer. The laundry room, gym, and restaurant are all on the 3rd floor. Hygienics: Perfect score. Service: Extremely satisfied. The staff are all very enthusiastic and polite. The front desk receptionists are particularly patient; besides basic check-in services, they patiently chatted with a guest who was constantly talking, engaging in genuine conversation back and forth. Double Lobby Buffet Afternoon Tea: A big plus, very popular with seniors and children. Warm Midnight Snack: Different snacks every day, highly recommended. You pick them up at the front desk based on the number of people in the room. Fingertip Fun, Creative De-stressing Perler Bead Activity: My child was obsessed with Perler beads, so I booked it without hesitation! The only minor issue was that some bead colors were out of stock; it would be best if they could be replenished promptly. Also, the space felt a bit cramped. For a hotel of this caliber, it would be more appealing to guests if they had a separate room for children's activities."

"I booked this hotel on a whim the day before my trip, without much thought, but it exceeded my expectations! It offers great value for money. The location is just right – not too close to Central Street to be noisy, but very convenient for sightseeing. St. Sophia Cathedral is about a 5-minute walk away, and Central Street is about 15 minutes on foot, or just 5 minutes if you grab a shared bike downstairs. Plus, the hotel has its own parking lot, which is a huge bonus for me as I was driving, so I didn't have to worry about finding a parking space."

"The bathroom didn't have a comb, and they only provided one set of toothbrush and toothpaste. The heating system wasn't warm enough, and the air conditioner's heating function was fixed at 26 degrees, so you couldn't adjust it. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast or any other meals. This is a century-old building, so the room facilities are just average. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the front desk before you can access the elevator, which is something guests should be aware of!"

"This hotel is really great! First off, the location is superb, right on Xie Jiao Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, and several other landmarks. Plus, it's super close to the Shangzhi Avenue subway station. At the same time, it maintains a nice quiet distance from the bustling tourist areas, which is perfect. The cleanliness and facilities were also very satisfying! The breakfast deserves a special mention; it was so rich and plentiful that it made us instantly drop our plans to eat at the morning market."

"The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being so central. The hotel has a charming, vintage-chic vibe that really suits Harbin's unique character. While the facilities aren't brand new, they definitely don't feel cheap. My only minor gripe is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim for my taste. It's a huge plus that they have their own parking lot, which is quite rare. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. Overall, I'd recommend it!"

"The hotel's location is great, with a mall downstairs offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The front desk is on the 32nd floor, so expect a bit of a wait for the elevator during peak hours. The advantage of being on a high floor is the excellent view. The room facilities and space are all quite good. The front desk staff are diligent, professional, and enthusiastic – a good example for the housekeeping team. As for the cleaning staff, they seem to cut corners whenever possible; if you don't ask, they won't even make the bed, and the coffee table and desk weren't properly cleaned."

"Overall, it was a great stay. Although it's an older hotel, the service attitude was excellent. If we needed more water for the room, we just had to ask the staff. From then on, the staff would replenish the drinking water every day when cleaning the room, which was a nice touch. While the hotel facilities are a bit old, the surrounding environment is absolutely fantastic. Just turn right out of the hotel entrance and you're at St. Sophia Cathedral, a popular photo spot. The only drawback was the limited breakfast options, especially for Western food – there was almost none. Honestly, this is just for your reference. Still, I'd recommend it!"

"My child took the high school entrance exam at No. 19 Middle School, so I specifically booked the Hart Business Hotel right across the street. The location was absolutely perfect; the exam venue was right outside, so we didn't have to rush in the morning. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and it was nice and quiet. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, especially attentive to the needs of exam-takers. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay for me as a parent accompanying my child. I highly recommend it to all parents of exam candidates!"
