The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. The two-bedroom, one-living room layout was quite spacious, and the facilities were complete. Turning right downstairs, it's just over 100 meters to Central Street. In the morning, turning left and crossing the road leads directly to the Hongzhuan Street morning market, which is super convenient and excellent! 👍

I can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours. The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip. The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy. More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Any issues were met with an incredibly fast response, truly making us feel at home. Amenities Details: The in-room smart toilet, high-quality bedding, and branded toiletries were a pleasant surprise. The hotel also provides a shoe dryer, and offers complimentary outdoor ice activities like snowmobiling, cycling, small sleds, and snow tubes. There's also free parking. The facilities are maintained like new, immaculately clean and tidy. This isn't just accommodation; it's an experience to be savored, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality!

The hotel facilities are indeed a bit old. The first room we were given had inconsistent hot and cold water, making it impossible to shower. We had to buy a basin for takeout to mix water to a suitable temperature for our child's bath. We initially considered changing hotels, but after reporting the issue to the front desk the next day, they moved us to a different room, and we didn't have that problem anymore. After staying a few days, I can say the service is truly excellent; they accommodate every request. We ended up extending our stay for several more days.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel service was great; they upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. The hot springs were a bit crowded and noisy, but the kids had a blast. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There's an outlet mall right next door, which is good for a browse. I'd suggest adding more entertainment options.

When I casually mentioned needing a charging cable, they immediately helped me find one—the attention to detail was truly thoughtful. The room itself was even more impressive. It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring I got a peaceful night's sleep during my travels. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and the toiletries had a fresh scent and felt high-quality. The in-room smart devices were easy to operate, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfect for work or entertainment without any lag. The complimentary drinks in the mini-bar were a nice bonus. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering not only standard Chinese and Western dishes but also delicious local specialties. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response from the staff, and I felt completely at home throughout. It offers excellent value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Excellent location! The hotel is just a short walk from Sophia Square. It's also very convenient for Muslim guests, with a Halal restaurant nearby. We found the cleanliness to be very good throughout our stay.
