Harbin Hotels with Balcony

Excellent location and 100% recommended if you are a first timer in Harbin. Close to the subway, the Main Street and Sofia’s church. The hotel is quiet, modern and clean. The room was great, and the breakfast quite nice. Variety of options. There is also snack in the evening. The staff is really helpful- they even helped me with a phone call.

The room environment is very good, the hotel is new, and there is basically no odor. The front desk beauty is warm and enthusiastic. It was a pleasant trip to Harbin. If it weren't for the power outage, I would have stayed a few more days. I have no choice but to wait until the next time I come to Harbin!

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

I had a fantastic stay at Harbin 23 Mansion hotel in Harbin! The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of Central Street, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were just right,the round tub was something else… What truly made my stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They were super helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. If you’re looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Harbin, I highly recommend this one. I would definitely stay here again…

The staff who helped me with the check in process after midnight was very kind and friendly. I was happy with the attentiveness from the staff even though it was a late night check in. The room was surprisingly nice and the view of the lobby was amazing. Upon checking out, the staff was very helpful, especially Miss Leona, who assisted me with the luggage. Overall, I had such a pleasant at this place and would come back to stay at this place again.

Temporary price is OK. It feels okay in the tourist season of Erbin, but it is definitely more expensive than usual. The environment is better than I thought. It is more convenient to take a taxi around the apartment building. The room is large and the heating is full! Check out~ It takes a vx to say it. It is very convenient because I have to go to the airport to catch a plane in the morning. This can save a lot of time!

The service was great. We were given a honeymoon gift on our first night by the cleaning staff, and they were really sweet to come early the next day to give us extra bottles of water. We especially would like to thank 2029 服务员for always greeting us so warmly, and for keeping our messy room tidy. The hotel is along the main shopping street, so it was really convenient to get to places and to get food around the area. It was also really quiet even though it was near the main district. There were great options for food around and it was fairly near the train station so we could take the train to all of the tourist sites nearby like 冰雪大世界. It’s also near the morning market with really good breakfast options. We also got 2 free ice creams from their restaurant, which were delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would stay again! PS the free chocolate at the hotel lobby is great! 

[Sharing real experience] I stayed in a treasure hotel in Harbin that I want to recommend to the whole world! I thought the express hotel was just a place to sleep. I didn't expect this store to completely refresh my cognition: Just 5 minutes from the high-speed railway station, you can take the hotel shuttle bus. The waiter took the initiative to carry the luggage to the room. The towels and bath towels are as thick as those provided by high-end SPA clubs. When taking a shower, hot water arrives in three seconds, and the water pressure is so strong that it can massage your shoulders and neck. The electric intelligent heated toilet also has a disposable toilet cover, so there is no odor in the toilet. I was on a business trip to Harbin and I had some documents that needed to be printed. There was no printing shop nearby, so the hotel printed them for me. Because I printed a lot, I insisted on paying, but the hotel said I didn't have to pay. I was embarrassed. If all hotels can provide basic services to this extent, who would be willing to spend a lot of money to stay in a flashy star-rated hotel? With the quality of service and facilities, this hotel will surely have great business in the future.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!

The room was very clean, the decoration was bright and warm, the stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The smart Xiaodu helps turn on and off the TV air conditioner. When I checked in for the first time, I was given free fruits, which were all cleaned and sealed in plastic. Toiletries are all sealed in plastic. There are two types of slippers, one for each day. There are two types of pillows, buckwheat and cotton core. Hot water came down quickly and the shower worked great. The hotel has security guards. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. Before leaving, my children and I were waiting with suitcases and backpacks. There were many things. The tall and beautiful front desk lady with big eyes also helped open the door and pick up things, which was very heartwarming. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin in the future, I will stay here again. The price/performance ratio is very high. The location is also good, close to Qiulin business district and not far from Harbin Station. It is also convenient to take the bus and subway. There is a children's park outside the window.
