All staff members are warm, attentive, and provide first-class service – truly flawless. Minibar: The first round of drinks is complimentary and unlimited. There's plenty of capsule coffee to enjoy, and the welcome fruit is abundant and fresh. Experience the century-old Russian aristocratic elevator: It's like bringing scenes from a movie directly into your real life. Russian Fairytale Museum: The entire hotel's decor immerses you in the luxurious and romantic atmosphere of a Russian aristocratic palace. Complimentary photoshoot: You get 4 free travel photoshoots where you can dress up in magnificent Russian aristocratic princess outfits and take stunning pictures. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this hotel. Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely choose Grand Mansion 1903 again.

The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Ventilation was also excellent, with no unpleasant odors. All bathroom facilities worked perfectly, and the hot water came out quickly. Overall, it was a very hassle-free stay.

Recommended homestay to stay as it is really close to Yabuli ski resort. It just 15mins to the location. Muslim friendly homestay as it also provide vegetarian food. The host is really accommodating and friendly. in terms of communication with the host, we just use we chat but as a suggestion, host should buy the translation device for seamless ad fast communication. Location: - 15 mins to Yabuli Ski Resort - 10 mins to Restaurants (close to muslim restaurant too) Accommodation: - 10/10 Clean - Interior is really modern and the room is really big - Doubting to stay here? No! Absolutely will come again as the homestay is really beautiful - Washing machine and dryer is provided - You can even have a quick excercise with a good view - In house restaurant where you can just go downstairs and order your food here and they will call you once the food is ready. In terms of price? A bit pricey? - Food? Delicious! Totally chinese cuisine. P/s: For Yabuli Skit Resort, I recommend you to book by yourself because I almost get scam. The ski trainer asked us to pay double for the ski lesson which this trainer is recommended by the homestay staff. - He can help you to arrange for transportation to Snow Town or Snow village. All transportation booking can be arranged by him.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

Transportation: The location is excellent, right in Nangang District, which is the heart of Harbin. There are many bus lines at the Dachengjie bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from any of the main attractions, and you can get to most places by taxi within 15 minutes. Harbin doesn't have much of a subway system, so relying on buses is key, and having a bus stop right at the doorstep is a huge plus! Facilities: The entire hotel feels like it was recently renovated; all the facilities are brand new. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had a smart toilet. Both the hairdryer and coffee machine were name-brand and easy to use. The bathroom also featured a magnifying mirror for close-up makeup application – a nice touch! Even more delightful was finding a yoga mat in the room! 🥰 And this particular room type at Jun An has a very spacious layout, perfect for doing yoga in front of the full-length mirror, which was awesome! 🥳🥳 What I appreciated most was their fresh air system. There was absolutely no lingering odor when entering the room; the air felt very clean. Plus, the electricity doesn't cut off when you leave the room, so you can safely charge your phone while you're out. Service: Their service is definitely the highlight. Before arriving, I'd seen many online reviews praising their excellent service, and it certainly lived up to the hype! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful towards guests. It truly made me feel right at home. Dining: The hotel's breakfast buffet was exceptionally good; I highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay. Breakfast is divided into two parts: a made-to-order service, where each person gets one serving of either a Chinese or Western breakfast. The Western options usually include eggs Benedict or salmon French toast, both of which were delicious! 🥰🥰 In addition to that, there's also a buffet section, and the quality of the dishes is truly impressive! 🥳 The food was tasty, fresh, and they changed up the selection every day! The buffet also offered both Chinese and Western dishes, and there was so much to eat that I was stuffed. ☕ Furthermore, complimentary and delicious coffee is available all day. Starting at 11 AM, shortly after breakfast ends, the hotel begins serving a self-service afternoon tea, which runs until 6 PM. 🥰 Besides four types of beverages, the afternoon tea includes homemade yogurt, double-skin milk pudding, cakes, and various small pastries – it was absolutely wonderful! 🥳🥳 The manager even asked for feedback when I was leaving. What feedback could I give? They practically did everything short of scrubbing my back! Hahaha! 🥰

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

The facilities are maintained like new, immaculately clean and tidy. This isn't just accommodation; it's an experience to be savored, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality!

Our whole family came to Harbin this time, and the ladies at the front desk were all so thoughtful. Since it was raining a lot during our stay, they kindly reminded us to bring rain gear. The room was spacious and very clean, and all the toiletries were well-prepared. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating the change. The hotel is right next to a ski resort, and they even offered free skiing passes for the whole family, which was a nice bonus!
